Ik ben een Nieuw-Zeelandse “KIWI” Top Hairstyliste / 20 jaar heb ik in Melbourne Australië met passie het ambacht uitgevoerd in mijn eigen salon. Nu met mijn familie afgereisd naar Nederland waar haar familiewortels begonnen voor nieuwe inspiratie en kansen. Door het werken met natuurlijke ingrediënten en duurzaam geproduceerde producten en om mijzelf opnieuw professioneel op te stellen was het een logische keuze om mijzelf aan te sluiten bij ‘WI Kappers’ in de prachtige omgeving van het Anna Paulownaplein.
Mijn vaardigheden zijn allround en gespecialiseerd in, styling, bruidskapsels, kleuring, klassieke folies, balayage en kniptechnieken, allemaal verbeterd door het hebben van een breed scala aan ervaring, waaronder haar / Kunst / mode en productontwerp in Melbourne tijdens mijn carrière.
Altijd geïnspireerd geweest om een holistische benadering te hanteren bij het uitoefenen van mijn vak, waar haar mantra is om ‘geen schade toe te brengen aan de gezondheid van mijn klanten of het milieu’. Mijn filosofie houdt niet alleen rekening met de nieuwste haarstijlen, maar ook met factoren zoals gezichtsvorm, haartextuur en type huidskleur, kleur ogen, levensstijl. Dit terwijl ik mijzelf richt op de smaak van de klant en individuele voorkeuren van een persoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Peter cut my hair in layers on the back even though I specifically mentioned not to as my hair is thin. The layers on the front were uneven so I had to fix it in the other salon the next day. I was almost pushed to purchase Olaplex products for “damaged & chemically treated hair” even though I don’t even color my hair and they’re definitely not damaged. Truly disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to see Peter for a color correction and potentially highlights. I had booked for 1 o'clock for a treatment that i thought would take about 3-4 hours, and he texts me to ask if I can come at 12. I got there, and he just picks out two colours and says he can put those on my hair and thats all he can do. I understood, as my hair was damaged. He dyed my hair quickly, looking at his watch the whole time, and leaving the dye on for too long in my opinion. Luckily, my hair looks good, but he basically just dyed it brown, which i could have gotten from any salon and charged MUCH less. I recommend the salon, as what he did was well done, but not what I asked for at all and many times he was almost rude, yanking my hair because I asked him to blowdry it a little bit instead of leaving it to airdry after a dye job (!!!). Not very professional. He clearly didn't have time to take care of me properly, I would have preferred if he had rescheduled. Go see Peter as he does a nice job, but make sure he has time, and you offer lot of money, or he won't be very interested. Disappointing.
