De installateur die heeft geplaatst zei ons dat de ondelen niet meer te leveren zijn en dat we alles moesten vervangen. Maar gelukkig kon dat bij jullie nog wel en het past ook allemaal prima. Nu 2x besteld bij jullie en ben vol lof. Goede en snelle levering. Thank you for the delivery of the schwab (180,000) parts for our toilet. The installer who installed told us that the parts can no longer be supplied and that we had to replace everything. But luckily that was still possible with you and it all fits perfectly. Now 2x ordered from you and am full of praise. Good and fast delivery.

Van dit merk hadden wij een toiletzitting (adviesprijs 150 euro), Welke binnen een jaar na installatie al kapot ging door een fabricage fout. Wij konden de installateur hier niet meer op aanspreken dus namen wij contact op met Wijnbeek. Wat volgde was een eindeloos gezeur om een beetje service. Uiteindelijk hebben wij zelf contact opgenomen met de fabriek in Denemarken. Die waren wel bereid ons te helpen. Een gemiste kans van Wijnbeek. Wijnbeek is responsible for the Pressalit brand in the Netherlands. We had a toilet seat from this brand (suggested retail price 150 euros), which broke within a year after installation due to a manufacturing error. We could no longer address the installer about this, so we contacted Wijnbeek. What followed was endless nagging for a little service. In the end we contacted the factory in Denmark ourselves. They were willing to help us. A missed opportunity for Wijnbeek.
