β β β β β Pros: This is a nice and modern zoo to visit and a great place to bring young kids. A full walk-around takes about 4 hours on a healthy pace. There's a very nice indoor playground with insufficient lighting. Still, the kids like (the dark) playground a lot. So a shorter visit during rainy days is also definitely an option.
Cons: There's a very misplaced roller coaster (!), it should be sold to a theme park and the money should be invested in more animals and some tweaking. For instance, the new aquarium is nothing more than a budget fishtank and contributes nothing to the awesome little aquarium next to the playground. I was expecting a reclocation of those animals.
Parking is too expensive, go park somewhere else.

β β β β β We had such an amazing day at the park that it deserves nothing less than the perfect score.
The normally fully accessible park now had a mandatory walking route, but it never felt restricting or intrusive.
The enclosures were beautifully themed and decorated, with lots of happy animals living together to marvel at and enjoy.
An absolute gem!

β β β β β Not crowded, lots to see and to do for the kids. Strongly recommend. Also during rainy days, because of the enormous indoor playground. Lines for the rides were short and good corona precautions.

β β β β β Discover the jungle by boat or on foot and get to know the elephant family. Spot rhinoceroses and giraffes up close during your truck safari across the savannah. Visit the new Raccoon Creek, go on a polar expedition and come face to face with polar bears and penguins.
Besides being a Zoo, its also a great place for kids to play on the several huge playgrounds they have. The biggest playground is indoor and my guess is the most dadβs might wish they were young again to climb the obstacles.
The park is big! We were there around 11 and left when the park closed at 6. We could have spend more time if we wanted so make sure you are in time.
A great Zoo to visit with or without kids. Nice themes and well setup. There are food and drink facilities around every corner. (regular theme park pricing..)
This is more than just a Zoo and worth a visit! You can park your car for free at Parking Oost, and then walk for about 8 minutes to the entrance of the park. You can also park your car closer to the park but costs around 10 euro.
Have fun! We sure did.

β β β β β Very diverse park, with good rides! This park isn't like any other zoo, as it has a couple of rides you would expect in an amusement park. However, I cannot call the park 'COVID-safe'.
The amusement park has three main themes: jungle, savanna/desert and water. These themes all have their own areas which you can explore. In all areas, you will find tiny playgrounds and mazes. These are aimed at the little ones, as the whole park is aimed at 6-12 year olds.
However, the grown-ups can also expect extras from the park, like a rollercoaster, or a 4D cinema experience. I really liked both of them, as they really gave me a break from the walking around the park and let me enjoy it in other ways. I enjoyed the safari ride in the savanna area the most, as it gave you an opportunity to marvel the animals up close. Those rides really add for a more diverse and fun experience.
As for the zoo itself, there are a lot of animals. The information about them is informative while being enjoyable as they list short facts at every field. Because the paths walk around every habitat, you are able to view the animals from every possible angle.
The only negative thing about the park are the COVID-19 safety measures. I could acces the park from the very beginning, the very first timeslot. At that time, we could keep a safe distance from everyone. But at 12:00 the park was extremely crowded to the point that keeping a safe distance was not possible anymore. In the butterfly house, I could not turn my back or I would hit someone, something that cannot happen during these times. This is why I give Wildlands 4 stars. When all COVID is over, it deserves 5 stars.

β β β β β This place is good. It's a bit centered in the category amusement park and zoo. I actually like it.
