 Wintersport Store discovered through Amazon not for winter sports but for golf clothing from Underamour. Ordered directly through the site and everything delivered quickly. Shoes ordered a size too large and within a week new shoes and the previously paid amount returned. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koop niet bij dit bedrijf!! Mijn artikel (besteld via bol.com) zou binnen drie dagen geleverd worden en is na ruim drie weken nog altijd niet bezorgd. Enigszins begrijpelijk misschien, omdat de levering uit Engeland moet komen en dit gezien Brexit ingewikkeld is, maar ze willen mijn geld a €285 ook niet terug storten! Op mijn verzoek om telefonisch contact met mij op te nemen wordt gestuurd: “Sorry dat we niet gebeld hebben, maar dat doen wij ook niet. U kunt natuurlijk wel ons bellen.” Absurd, want nergens is een telefoonnummer te vinden.
Do not buy from this company !! My item (ordered via bol.com) would be delivered within three days and has still not been delivered after more than three weeks. Somewhat understandable maybe, because the delivery has to come from England and this is complicated given Brexit, but they also do not want to refund my money of € 285! At my request to contact me by phone, I am sent: “Sorry we didn't call, but neither do we. You can of course call us. ” Absurd, because no telephone number can be found anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed! I received a completely different, not matching the description on the site ski jacket of Rossignol. In written correspondence they admitted their mistake, as we agreed to refund the amount of 50 € offered by them, because obviously the replacement with a jacket corresponding to the description on the site was impossible, and to refund the amount I paid, certainly an unwanted decision by them! You will probably find satisfied customers, but I'm definitely not one of them! Be careful and watch what you order from this site and what you actually get!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 days after my order I recieved an email that the jacket was out of stock and got offered to choose an alternative which I refused as nothing nice was available in my size. Unfortunately I didn´t get my money back so far neither any reply to my emails and I´m talking about 2 weeks time. I can just advise NOT to order anything unless you are happy to go the legal way afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, they charge me for an item that was not available in the color I paid for. After not hearing from them in a week I contact them and they tell me the color is not available but if I agree they could ship the item on a different color within the same week. I agreed right away but a week later still no shipment nor response or shipping status. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend. Very disappointing. Do not promise things that could not be fulfill.
Update: Two weeks later after posting this review (one month after placing order) still no delivery, no communication from their part. Now after purchasing another helmet (already delivered) I am trying to get my money back but it does not look too promising. Do not buy from this seller.
