M	Marcel “Marcel” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reparatie laptop zou binnen 3 dagen verholpen zijn, heeft uiteindelijk bijna 7 weken geduurd. Zelf steeds achteraan moeten bellen voor status. Iedere keer opnieuw moeten uitleggen wat de reparatie was. Ook bij ophalen moest ik uitleggen wat er (hopelijk) aan gerepareerd was. Bij het ophalen 45min(!) moeten wachten in de winkel in Den Bosch, meerdere wachtende personen met mij, omdat maar 2 mensen in winkel waren en niemand anders kwam helpen in de winkel. Uiteindelijk was probleem alsnog niet verholpen. Geen enkel excuus gekregen voor de langere vertraging van reparatie of het wachten. Rechtsbijstand moeten inschakelen om uiteindelijk geld terug te krijgen na vele malen mailen en verzoek tot schriftelijke reactie. Smartrepair (nu Swoop) was voor mij altijd erg goed, professioneel, goede service en vooral snel in reparatie. Jammergenoeg de laatste keren niet meer te merken bij het gebruik van hun diensten. Voor mij geen optie om hier nog eens naar terug te gaan. Laptop repair would be fixed within 3 days, eventually took almost 7 weeks. Always have to call at the back for status. Have to explain every time what the repair was. Also at pick-up I had to explain what (hopefully) was repaired. When picking up I had to wait 45min (!) In the store in Den Bosch, several people waiting with me, because only 2 people were in the store and no one else came to help in the store. In the end, the problem was still not resolved. Got no excuses for the longer delay of repair or waiting. Need to seek legal assistance to eventually get a refund after many e-mails and requests for written responses. For me, Smartrepair (now Swoop) was always very good, professional, good service and above all quick to repair. Unfortunately not noticed the last few times when using their services. Not an option for me to go back here.
E	Edwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas komt Swoop de afspraken niet na, telefoonbatterij is ging na aantal maanden zwellen, scherm sprong daardoor, en ik moest eea in buitenland laten repareren. Contact met Swoop, garantie kreeg ik niet ivm buitenlandreparatie (ook discutabel) maar bij volgende aankoop zou men mij tegemoet komen om het goed te maken... Nu is het zover... en dan geven ze absoluut niet thuis en verschuilen ze achter regeltjes! Uitermate teleurstellend, garantie en afspraken niet teveel van verwachten bij deze club. Unfortunately, Swoop does not meet the agreements, the phone battery has swelled after several months, the screen jumped as a result, and I had to have it repaired abroad. Contact with Swoop, I did not get a warranty because of foreign repairs (also debatable), but with the next purchase I would be met to make up for it ... Now the time has come ... and then they absolutely do not give home and hide behind rules! Extremely disappointing, guarantee and agreements do not expect too much from this club.

Laurens heeft mij uitstekend geholpen, super snelle reacties, soms zelfs binnen enkele minuten, en mij keurig uitgelegd in Jip en Janneke taal wat ik moest doen. Super fijn! Laurens, dankjewel! Received my iPhone X very quickly. When received, the camera was not as expected. Contacted customer service. Laurens has helped me excellently, super fast reactions, sometimes even within a few minutes, and explained to me in Jip and Janneke language what I had to do. Super nice! Laurens, thank you!
C	Constant Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb mijn MacBook hier gekocht. Deze ging na een tijdje stuk en toen hebben we de MacBook naar swoop gebracht. Hier was waterschade geconstateerd (dit klopt)maar er is geen mogelijkheid dat dit door eigen schuld komt maar die schuld hebben ze wel bij ons gelegd. Hierna hebben ze de laptop naar het reparatie centrum gestuurd waar ze geconstateerd hebben dat de reparatie de waarde van de laptop van bijna duizend euro zou overstijgen. Hierna hebben we via een andere weg de laptop voor €100 gemaakt. Aan de telefoon zijn ze heel vriendelijk maar als er iets kapot is is het echt een baggerbedrijf en ik zou hier nooit weer een product aanschaffen I bought my MacBook here. This broke after a while and then we took the MacBook to swoop. Water damage was found here (this is correct) but there is no possibility that this is due to their own fault, but they have placed that fault with us. After this, they sent the laptop to the repair center where they found that the repair would exceed the value of the laptop of almost a thousand euros. After this, we made the laptop for €100 in a different way. On the phone they are very friendly but if something is broken it is really a dredging company and I would never buy a product here again

P	Pedro Diez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superfast service. My iphone 6 screen was replaced in 30 min. In the meantime I was offered coffee and wifi. The battery replacement service is also very efficient. I’m taking one star off because it is quite pricey, but otherwise very good experience.

The laptop had display and Bluetooth issues from the beginning and one day it started to make a loud buzzing/ rattling noise that couldn't be switched off! After 2 weeks or so of having it, I suddenly saw a big crack below the screen. I hadn't dropped it or mishandled it in any way. Swoop NL refused to support with repair or return because of the crack. No word about acknowledging or fixing all the other problems. Would never buy from here again
