β β β β β Toen onze droger op de koud stand ging namen we contact op met witgoed reparatie.
De mevrouw aan de telefoon was geduldig toen ik probeerde te achterhalen waar het modelnummer op de droger stond. Ze noteerde alle belangrijke informatie, zodat de reparateur een betere kans had om de juiste onderdelen voor de klus mee te nemen. Hij was op tijd en kon de reparatie gelukkig meteen uitvoeren.

 When our dryer went cold, we contacted white goods repair.
The lady on the phone was patient when I tried to find out where the model number was on the dryer. She noted down all the important information so that the repairman had a better chance of bringing the right parts for the job. He was on time and fortunately could immediately carry out the repair.

β β β β β Vaatwasser monteur rijdt in auto zonder logo en op de bon staat ook weer een andere naam dan op de website. Moesten contant betalen voor alleen resetknop indrukken...wat wij natuurlijk ook al gedaan hadden. Uitlezen noemen ze dat..
Hoofdkantoor niet meer te bereiken terwijl op website staat dat ze 24 uur bereikbaar zijn. De monteur neemt wel weer op.
Vaatwasser is volgens hen niet meer te repareren of voor veel geld. Niets geen voorstellen zoals op de website beloofd staan dat je via hen een nieuwe kunt aanschaffen met reductie van deze onderzoeks kosten.
Telefonisch geeft hij aan dat deze niet meer voorradig zijn....
Al met al, Geen betrouwbaar bedrijf.

- professional with a lot of expertise
- source of problem was not determined, the service man suggested a solution where he was not sure if it would solve the issue. It did solve the issue.
