★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shoes, if you can get them, but customer service and interaction with the customer is terrible. Guy on the phone is very unfriendly, and in-store it doesnt get any better.
Backdoor selling seems to be a huge problem here, especially with sought after releases. As a result most shoes available are not the more hyped releases that have been sold via backdoor selling or friends of owner/staff.
Staff seems to have a "you need us,we dont need you mentality, " very unfriendly. I try to avoid them at all cost.
If I could give this place 0 or minus stars I would.
Tip: Solebox in Amsterdam has nicer vibe and friendly staff.
