Letztens sagte mir ein Makler, Goldfische sind ja ok. Für mich ist diese Art von Anzeigen Datenfängerrei, da ich meistens mit der e Mail Anfrage, reagieren soll. Am besten finde ich, wissen Sie die Wohnungen sind sehr kompakt ect. Daher ist es mit Hund etwas schwer und jeder Hund ist anders, sagte er. GENAU!!!! Aber Kleve scheint es ja machen zu können. Eine andere Hausverwaltung in Kleve duldet wenigstens die Tiere. Also ich finde was da alles passiert aktuell eine riesen Frechheit, mit oder ohne Hund. You should really write in your ad, not with a dog, then it would be ok, but so? So it says, animals by agreement. A broker recently told me that goldfish are ok. For me, this type of ad is data catcher, since I should mostly respond with the email request. I think best of all, you know the apartments are very compact ect. So it's a bit difficult with a dog and every dog is different, he said. I AGREE!!!! But Kleve seems to be able to do it. Another property manager in Kleve at least tolerates the animals. So I think what is happening there is currently a huge insolence, with or without a dog.
N	Nick G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich bin sehr Enttäuscht sehr sogar die Mitarbeiter sind alle super nett das stell ich nicht in Frage und alle Probleme werden fast schnell gelöst. aber eine Sache die finde ich unter aller SAU wir wollen uns einen Hund anschaffen ich benötige ihn Beruflich das heißt er geht morgens mit mir aus dem haus und abends komme ich mit ihm wieder. es ist ein hüte Hund also keine gefährliche rase alle aber wirklich alle Nachbarn habe kein Problem damit wir sind sogar bereit mehr Miete zu Zahlen oder mehr Kaution aber neeeeeeee die Wohnbau will es nicht hätte ich das gewusst wäre ich hier nie rein gegangen also meine Kündigung steht fest i am very disappointed, very much even the staff are all super nice I don't question that and all problems are solved almost quickly. but one thing I find under all SAU we want to buy a dog I need him professionally that means he goes out of the house with me in the morning and I come back with him in the evening. it is a herding dog so not a dangerous race all but really all neighbors have no problem with it we are even willing to pay more rent or more deposit but neeeeeeee the housing does not want it if I had known that I would never have gone in here so my resignation is certain

Wir haben telefonisch, per E-Mail und persönlich Kontakt aufgenommen haben aber bis heute keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Dies ist eine außerordentliche Frechheit. Die Tatsache das bei Immobilienscout24 die Bewertung nicht veröffentlich werden, soll ja schon so einiges heißen. I can only agree with the numerous negative reviews. I have felt this customer-friendliness on my own body. We have contacted you by phone, by e-mail and personally but have not received any feedback until today. This is an extraordinary impudence. The fact that the valuation will not be published at Immobilienscout24 is supposed to be quite a lot.

Daraufhin bekam ich folgende Antwort per Email: "Unsere Mitarbeiterin, Frau Walter, wird sich mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen, um einen Besichtigungstermin zu vereinbaren. Sie können Frau Walter auch selbst direkt anrufen unter der Telefon-Nr. 02823-xxxxxxx." Frau Walter hat nicht angerufen! Ich habe angerufen, aber es ergab sich keine konkrete Entscheidung nur der Hinweis auf das Bewerbungsformular. Dann habe mich am 22.01.2020 via Wohnungsbewerbung_ausfuellen_Goch.pdf um eine Wohnung beworben. Als Wohnungswunsch hatte ich Kleve oder Goch angegeben. 2-3 Zimmer Wohnung bis ca. 530 Euro Warmmiete. Allerdings scheint man als Arbeitsloser wohl keine Chance zu haben . Bis heute keinerlei Antwort oder sonstige Reaktion! Application on January 17th, 2020 for a 2 room apartment in Kleve. Then I got the following answer by email: "Our staff member, Ms. Walter, will contact you to arrange a viewing. You can also call Ms. Walter directly on telephone number 02823-xxxxxxx." Mrs. Walter didn't call! I called but there was no specific decision, just a reference to the application form. Then I applied for an apartment on January 22nd, 2020 via Apartment application_ausfuellen_Goch.pdf. I had given Kleve or Goch as my wish to live. 2-3 room apartment up to 530 euros rent. However, as an unemployed one seems to have no chance. No response or other reaction to date!

Das hätte man auch von zu Hause aus machen können wg. Corona. I can't write a review yet. We drove 35 km to fill out an interested party form. You could have done that from home because of. Corona.
