★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oplichters zijn het! Komen nooit hun afspraken na. Bij elk probleem wordt je van t kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Daarnaast ook nog eens verschillende bedragen huur vragen voor dezelfde woningen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben nog niet erg bekend met deze woningstichting. Ben eenmaal binnen geweest. Vriendelijke medewerkers en informele sfeer. Maar 1 GROOT minpunt= dat ze klakkeloos klachten over geluidsoverlast doorgeven aan de instantie waar wij momenteel mee te maken hebben. Er werd gesuggereerd dat er "huiselijk geweld" speelt bij ons. Dat is voor ons een heeeel groot minpunt. Het is nl niet de waarheid maar een verzinsel van een kliekje hier in de flat. Walgelijk dat dit niet eerst wordt uitgezocht. Zelf zijn mijn man en ik al 2x keer naar de bovenburen gelopen om het een en ander te bespreken(het voortdurende gekef van hun hond, voortdurend op hun hakken lopen, boren etc. etc.) maar dan doen ze de deur niet open. Terwijl we ze wel binnen horen. Volwassen gedrag, hoor.

My husband and I have already walked twice to the upstairs neighbors to discuss a few things (the constant chirping of their dog, constantly walking in their heels, drilling etc. etc.) but then they do not open the door. While we do hear them inside. Adult behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bedankt voor de frisse Badkamer te triest voorwoorden lekkage al 2 weken aan het wachten en nog geen gehoor je word niet serieus genomen en het bekende afschuif systeem van het kastje naar de muur nog nooit zo een slechte communicatie gezien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De woning stichting verhuurd een senioren woning aan arbeid immigrante, terwijl er genoeg eigen inwoners interesse in de woning hadden. Nu dat de mensen in de woning zitten, komen er steeds meer bewoners bij.
Op dit moment zitten ze met 5 personen in een senioren woning.
Is er totaal geen toezicht van de woning stichting?
