We bestaan sinds 2009 en vanaf 2013 zijn wij, Jeffrey en Simone, de eigenaren van wonenmetlef.nl. Niet alleen op zakelijk gebied zijn we partners in crime, maar ook privΓ©. We hebben twee kids en een trouwe viervoeter Jackie. Nog elke dag staan we trots aan het roer van dit leuke, bruisende en creatieve bedrijf. Al zeggen we het zelf! ;) Trots op ons fijne team, de herkenbare look and feel van onze shop, het vertrouwen dat we in de loop der jaren hebben mogen verdienen van onze klanten, maar ook de fijne contacten die we hebben opgebouwd met onze zakelijke partners etc. etc.

β β β β β I was a bit disappointment with my first shopping experience on this website. After buying 6 placemats with a good discount from them i got an e-mail saying that they only had 1 unit available in stock. I hope they manage their stock better and dont create false expectations on their clients.

β β β β β Terrible consumer experience. I am never ever going to order with them again. They dont keep you informed about your orders, only when you reach out to them. and they they say "oops' the product is delayed. While meanwhile they charge your credit card. When I complained and called them out on their customer service, they only said ok we will cancel your order. Dear customers out there, you rather shop somewhere else then with this platform, which has no inventory, you will have to wait ages for your product. what is the point? i can then order directly with the brand or thru another website WITH inventory.

β β β β β I have had a few dealings with Wonen me LET and been extremely pleased. My goods were shipped promptly. When I needed post sales support on a technical issue I had on a purchase, I again received perfect and prompt (as well as personal) support.

β β β β β Waiting now almost 3 months for my arm chair priced at 315β¬! No emails to inform of possible delays. No one picks up the phone and they don`t reply to my emails. Very very disappointed with this service. Have to go through paypal now to make a formal complaint and hopefully get a refund.
BE CAREFUL & SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

β β β β β Very disappointing experience! Waited 2,5 months for delivery of my order for over 400euro. Had absolutely no feedback about it from the customer service, 6 times I had to contact them myself. At the end they had no idea when my order can be delivered, every week saying that maybe next week. They are selling something that they are not able to deliver and they are blaming the supplier (which is absolutely not professional). The customer service has no clue how to help and solve this embarrassing situation. At the end I had to cancel my order, just waisted 2,5 months, when I could buy something else to furnish my house. This shop is a joke. Not recommended.

β β β β β Slow shipping for a poor quality desk. Unable to get in touch with customer service. It is unfortunate for an item at this price.
I haven't finished setting up the desk until it is falling apart.
How to send back a furniture in kit? Next time I will go to Ikea.

β β β β β I ordered a tray from wonen met LEF, which promised a 5-7 day delivery time on the website's product page. It ended up taking longer than a month before I finally received it. By the time it arrived, the price had dropped on the website and I asked for a price adjustment since I had to wait so long for delivery. They initially declined, but after a bit of back-and-forth, they agreed to offer me the difference between what I paid and the newly dropped price.

β β β β β Even though the item was available on other webstores for a better price - I have placed an order for my article specifically at Wonen met Lef BV, because they have promised a delivery within a few days. Two weeks later, I still have not received anything. Called customer service and found out that "they expect the item from their supplier next week (+7 days) and will send it to me immediately". The store is selling items they don't have. WRONG information about delivery times (I would have never ordered here, if I knew, because I needed the item quick).
