★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen aanrader, aangezien ze hun aansprakelijkheid afschuiven naar de fabrikant terwijl ze zelf garant zouden staan als hier iets mee zou zijn.
Raamdecoratie 3 maanden geleden vervangen aangezien deze niet naar wens voldeden.
Binnen 2 maanden tijd waren deze weer "kapot" volgens hun door eigen schuld.
Met andere woorden: eigen schuld, dikke bult...
Wat valt er dan wel onder de garantie?
Klantvriendelijkheid is hierbij dan ook duidelijk niet hun sterkste punt!
Dit was dan duidelijk de laatste keer dat wij hier ook maar iets kopen.
Hopelijk behoed ik hiermee meerdere mensen die niet dezelfde fout zullen maken.
Not recommended, since they shift their liability to the manufacturer while they would act as a guarantor if there was something wrong with this.
Window decoration replaced 3 months ago as they were not satisfactory.
Within 2 months they were "broken" again according to their own fault.
In other words: own fault, big bump ...
What does the warranty cover?
Customer friendliness is clearly not their strong point here!
This was clearly the last time that we were buying anything here.
I hope this will save several people who will not make the same mistake.

Good service! PVC floor, carpeting and curtains bought here. Wide range of good quality. Friendly employees, fulfilled their agreements and have laid and confirmed everything very neatly. Recommended!

A fantastic store. I was helped so well in selecting my new roller blinds. The prices are very reasonable and delivery time too! That is not the case everywhere. Here the customer is still king.
