Al 2 weken bezig met mijn keuken. Wat 1 week zou duren. 2 weken verder inmiddels nog steeds niet klaar. Gisteren boorde jullie collega in de waterleiding, fijn de loodgieter kwam langs die sloopte de andere waterleiding. Vandaag met hemelvaartsdag heel me keuken onder de water. Ik heb 2 keer gebeld voor water lekkage er zou een monteur komen niemand die langs is geweest. En nu 01.43 belt de onderbuurvrouw aan dat ze water heeft in d'r keuken. En de brandweer die langs moest komen... bedankt woonbron voor jullie zeer verschrikkelijke slechte service! Very poor service! Zeer slechte adequate houding na een reparatie - verzoek en /of melding Je moet meerdere keren bellen voordat ook maar iets op gang komt. Je krijgt smoesjes, leugens en loze beloften. Erg frustrerend!! Met de jaarlijkse verhoging van de VVE bijdrage lijken ze ineens wel adequaat te kunnen werken. Een dikke verdiende onvoldoende!! Very poor communication and feedback. Woonbron laat mensen in slechte omstandigheden zitten en blijft de huur maar verhogen. Service is heel slecht. Very bad organization. They do not know to whom they play which assignments. This is totally unordered. Woonbron leaves people in bad circumstances and keeps increasing the rent. Service is very bad.
f	fi so on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al paar dagen probeer ik het kantoor van Woonbron in Dordrecht te bereiken ??helaas heeft het mij 10 minuten geduurd en nog geen Woonbron aan de lijn Het is toch schandalig dat ze niet te bereiken zijn wel de huur innen maar Oooo wee al het om reparatie of andere dingen !!?? Dit is te gek voor woorden dat je ze niet eens kan spreken problemen die ontstaan hoort voor Woonbron te zijn maar nu ze helemaal niet te bereiken zijn moeten we het heel andere aanpakken!!? Slecht dat deze mensen je niet een te woord kan staan maar wel lang wachten aan de telefoon. . Wat is dit voor organisaties ???
