β β β β β in case of any delivery or ordering problem, you'll get very cheap answers that are hiding the real answers. "oh how inconvenient for you" "oh that is bad news" "let me help you by forwarding your question to someone else" and then nothing happens. yeah coolblue, good in communication tricks on how to say nothing with many words. cheaper than your products!

β β β β β There is no way I would ever buy from them again. Worst online customer service ever. I used a miserly 20 euro voucher from a dishwasher I ended up having to install myself. The second chance power supply I got had obviously been returned because it was broken. Rather than apologise for wasting my time and a motherboard and issuing the refund, they asked me for more information and if I had tried to fix it myself! I only do dishwasher installations and it was presumably a trick question as it would invalidate the warranty. And before that I bought a microwave, with disposal of the old appliance which they dispatched by PostNL so had to get someone to come and dispose of it.

β β β β β Absolutely awful company nowadays. They used to be good but I definitely will not ever order from them again. Just bought a dryer from them but the delivered a none working one that I even had to lift on top of the washing machine myself, it used to be different. After requesting an exchange for a working dryer they instead sent me an e-mail saying that a mechanic from the manufacturer will fix the dryer
and I would have to wait for that might take up to a week. I called them instead to request a replacement which after waiting 30 minutes on the phone they agreed to replace the dryer, however I still need to bring it down from the top of the washing machine. If I don't want to break my back I need to pay a service fee. Awful service.

Super bad service. July 2020 i bought a HP Pavilion x360 from them, it only took like one or two months before it started getting problems. After having to call three times before getting a hold of them, they gave me one solution; theyβd send me a mail with retour instructions. I received an email, but the one i shouldβve gotten with the lable i needed to print out didnβt come, so i emailed back and then i got it finally. 19th of February weβve send my expensive laptop through the mail back to them to let them repare it, as they should because it has 2 years guarantee. After not hearing from them for a week I was like why didnβt i get a confirmation that theyβve received it. So i called. Something had went wrong in their administration. They told me they had to do research about why they didnβt have it in their system yet. 5 workdays more waiting! Itβs my laptop that i use and need for my school work. Im in college. I need a good functioning laptop. So i messaged them, and they offered me a laptop to use while they repair mine, the catch was THAT I HAD TO BUY IT FIRST AND THEN USE IT AND THEN HOPE FOR MY MONEY BACK. First off all iβm not spending any more money at their site because they are NOT to be trusted, second of all, after all of this mess they give me that option as βserviceβ? Whoever is reading this: do not buy your stuff at their store, itβs all fun and games until you need it for repair or retourimg

β β β β β Very bad experience. Bought a printer i needed today. I recieved one that was returned from repair, without cardridges. So i would be forced to buy expensive cardridges to even check if IT works.
Customer service = non existing. 2 times after waiting more than 15 min each in line. Right before IT was my turn i was disconnected. 3e time after 15 min finally. Yes then you can return it, yes i know that i can return it obviously. No other solution was given.
About the return label, there is no returnlabel and obviously no printer. His suggestions was to ask at the postoffice if they can print one for me??. So far for customer service.

β β β β β I had very unpleasant experience with Coolblue. They seemed to look like a reliable and high quality service company, but what I experienced with them is beyond any imagination. In 2016 I was unlucky to get a laptop from this company. It had dead pixels on the screen and I had to bring it back multiple times for reparation. Coolblue could not arrange a screen replacement ( which is strange as in 21st century it is not so difficult) and simply returned a laptop itself to Asus, whereas a client got a lower/degraded model. They replace it silently, without specifying a price difference and hardware difference as both laptops looked identical from outside. Moreover, they kept the original serial number of device in all documents, what made it impossible to trace or expect any illegal hardware degradation from client side. When I contact Coolblue and explain a situation they say that probably it was a mistake, made 5 years ago, and proposed me 200Eur discount for the next laptop purchase at Coolblue. What a company you should be to treat your clients like that? To try to sell them more instead of admitting the mistake and do everything to return the stolen laptop to the client? I don't know who exactly is in charge of sales strategy at Coolblue, but one thing I know for sure: even if you buy any products at Coolblue (which is definitely not the cheapest shop to buy equipment) unfortunately you should not count on a reliable aftercare or warranty support. When companies make mistakes towards their clients - they do their best to fix mistakes. If companies illegally manipulate documentations or degrade the hardware without informing a client - then it is a fraud and it is a subject to criminal law. The final of this story will be determined by government authorities. Whereas, in case you are going to buy any equipment at Coolblue - please, think twice about consequences and especially if you are ever going to get the expected warranty service at expected quality level.
