โ โ โ โ โ na een woning-aanbod te hebben ontvangen, heb ik in corona-tijd bij de bewoners destijds een kijkje kunnen nemen op het adres...en spullen in overleg ter overname kunnen overleggen.
na het gesprek met deze openhartige bewoners dacht ik een goed aanbod te kunnen aanvaarden..
het tegendeel bleek jammer genoeg een feit,
toen de woningbouw het huurcontract GING AANPASSEN.
let op ECHT LETTERLIJK AANPASSEN..
van een vast huur-contract naar een tijdelijk huur contract met bepaalde voorwaarden waar verder niks over stond aangegeven bij het aanbod..
ik heb per direct het aanbod afgewezen...dat was niet meer het aanbod wat ik bijna had willen tekenen.
jammer dit heel jammer ...je hebt dan als huurder altijd het kortste end..
en trouwens als men dat vaker zo oplost dan wordt het vanzelf een keer duidelijk als ze het bij de verkeerde doen...
