The store has lot of good sofas to choose. The staff is kind enough to help us to understand and decide based on our requirements. The quality of the sofas is also good. I recommend this place to visit

β€œThe worst shop ever” I wish I could rate negatively. Just describing in few points: - poor customer service - rude attitude - not reliable at all - horrible terrible delivery plan ( you even cannot rely on agreed date) Never and ever I want to have the same experience with them. Strongly not recommended

This is the most horrible furniture place in the Netherlands. I wish I could give them negative rating, we ordered a dining table and other stuff from them and they did not deliver all parts of the dining table, now we are sitting more than 2 weeks without the table, we called them 20 times till now and these horrible people don’t even have basic etiquette’s how to deal with a customer, we asked for refund and they said that isn’t possible and neither they are telling us when will be rest of the parts be delivered, we are stuck now because we paid the entire amount on delivery( not knowing few parts were missing). Please do not buy from them.

The Poorest Customer Service I’ve seen ever. I am most annoyed that I wasted not only my money but also my calmness. Staff(including management) is not respectfully treating at all. We bought dinner table’s chair, bed, sofa, ... At buying time, we agreed on the latest delivery date, and we explained them that we need it for sure at that time, they agreed and promised us to deliver it on time. In the contract they mentioned longer period than we agreed and told us , no worries it’s written because it is just the company regulations. We TRUST them. At last, a week after delivery time , we asked them for precise delivery day and time, then they started to sing a different song. Finally they asked us for delivery a part of stuff, re-charge us for another delivery cost (twice), and deliver the rest as was mentioned in the contract (totally forgot what we talked before)!!!! After a long discussion we could come to agreement to receive a part and they send the rest, few weeks later. When we have not received the products again, we called them, and they spoke too rude to us. I can’t imagine such a behavior from management section!!!! And they threatened us, that you have prepayment in our hand, and we legally can deviate our delivery for 4 weeks longer than contractual date, you cannot complaint. It is what it is. I never want to feel the same experience in my life!!!

I am very happy to have furniture from your store. I am genuinely appreciate the way they treated me and helped to select the items. Best thing about the store is that first they give me freedom to look around and they will help you when you needed. Specially got a very fair deal for all items I bought.

Staff were friendly and welcoming when we entered the store. We new what we wanted and we were assisted with all the options and modifications we had available to us. When it came to price we were able to reach a fair agreement and and nowhere during the time spent in the store did we feel pressured or obligated to make a decision now. Very pleasant experience with the store and will go back for more furniture soon. And the coffee is great :-)

Products are ok, but you need to deal with aggressive sales people here. There is no guarantee if everything will be delivered. The Customer Service is not that helpful in resolving problems. If everything goes ok, then you are lucky otherwise it can lead to a mess. They have promised that employee will assemble the furniture because there was delay in delivering some missing parts, but they simply get away with that. No response to emails or phone calls. Even visited the shop but no use. Better to avoid or you can try your luck!

I had recently visited the shop and made purchase. The staff was very helpful and provided all information necessary to make final decision on my buying. Good suggestion over material to be used..value for money offers...many options are available for sofa , bed, tables, chairs..i purchased Sofa and Box spring.
