★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently signed a contract with the Rotterdam Startmotor apartment. So far I am really satisfied with the quality of customer service and the whole process was much quicker and smoother than I expected! they were really patient while I got my documents together and (Jamal) was super nice and polite over emails - answering all my questions clearly and in a timely manner. The websites used to submit documents and apply was easy to use and streamlined. Only downside to the whole process was that the contract is in Dutch but they told me beforehand this would be the case

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went above and beyond, very good agency. I have to move out of my current apartment on an extremely short notice which I told Woove and they arranged it that I can move into my new apartment within 3 (!!!) days.
That was very impressive, because the company of the building is a big corporation that normally is pretty slow, so I don't have enough words to thank you guys, you all really helped me out here. Even in the process of submitting documents they guided me as well when I had questions - and in response to reviews below, all those documents we have to submit are simply required by the building company and also actually make sure that your neighbors have a checked trustworthy source of income => safety :)
