Of het nu een workout is met de Me-Mover of met de kettlebell, Mandy zorgt voor een training op maat op het niveau waar jij op zit. Ze is zeer betrokken bij je ontwikkeling en doelgericht. De Me-mover is een prachtig apparaat die ik ervaar als een kruising tussen het hardlopen en fietsen. Een traplopende beweging geeft je binnen no time de snelheid van een fiets zonder overbelasting van je gewrichten. Door het flexibele rooster is er altijd wel een mogelijkheid om een training te volgen.
 I am very positive about the lessons offered by Mandy. Whether it is a workout with the Me-Mover or with the kettlebell, Mandy provides customized training at the level that you are on. She is very involved in your development and goal-oriented. The Me-mover is a wonderful device that I experience as a cross between running and cycling. A stair-walking movement gives you the speed of a bicycle in no time without straining your joints. Due to the flexible schedule there is always a possibility to follow a training.
