★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wat jammer dat als je aangeeft dat je de herhalingsmail met betalingslink niet gehad hebt weight watchers dan meteen zegt dat deze dan denkelijk in je spam/junk mail zit . Ik bellen maar Weight watchers zegt gewoon dat dit eigen verantwoording is. Jammer dit .Dus let op anders kost het je 40 euro extra .
 what a pity that if you indicate that you have not had the repeat email with payment link, weight watchers immediately say that it is probably in your spam / junk mail. I call but Weight watchers just say that this is your own responsibility. Too bad. So pay attention otherwise it will cost you 40 euros extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn vrouw heeft begin april ruimschoots voor einde contract (20 mei) opgezegd. Kreeg een mail op 9 april terug dat ze het jammer vonden. Maar toch werd er aan het einde van contract voor een vervolg maand een bedrag afgeschreven welke ik gestorneerd heb. Ondanks mail wisseling met WW bleven ze herinnering mails sturen en kreeg ik een incasso bedrijf op ons dak. Ook aan hun heb ik heb ik via mail, incl de opzegging en antwoord WW, aangegeven dat de fout bij WW ligt. Ondanks dit alles blijft WW betaling herinneringen sturen. Wanneer je ze belt krijg je te horen dat ze zelf er niet meer aan kunnen doen omdat het bij incasso ITRIM ligt. Heb naar een manager gevraagd maar die is er (toevallig) niet. Gevraagd mij terug te bellen (ben benieuwd). Volgens de juffrouw van call centrum is de enige die er wat aan kan doen is de financiële afdeling maar mag ze het telefoon nummer niet geven.
Kan alleen nog aangeven ga NOOIT met WW in zee want het is een grote oplichter bedrijf
My wife canceled early in April well before the end of the contract (20 May). Got an email back on April 9th that they were sorry. But nevertheless at the end of the contract an amount was debited for a subsequent month which I canceled. Despite mail exchange with WW they kept sending reminder emails and I got a collection company on our roof. I have also indicated to them via e-mail, including the cancellation and response from the Unemployment Insurance Act, that the fault lies with WW. Despite all this, WW payment continues to send reminders. When you call them you will be told that they can no longer do anything about it because it lies with debt collection ITRIM. I asked for a manager, but (coincidentally) he is not there. Asked to call me back (I am curious). According to the call center miss, the only thing that can do something about it is the finance department, but is not allowed to give it the telephone number.
Can only indicate NEVER go with the WW because it is a big scammer company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je met hun wil opzeggen kom je in een langdurige strijd. Begin er nooit aan ze lichten je op waar je bij staat. Weight watchers mag zich geen professioneel bedrijf noemen.
1 ze reageren nooit op hun mails ze hebben volgens mij al vanaf 2012 een technische storing( gebruiken ze altijd als excuus)
2 ik heb me abonnement tijdig opgezegd vervolgens alles geregeld met hun en werd er nog steeds geld afgeschreven. Hierover telefonisch contact gehad en het geld werd terug gestort. Ik dacht eindelijk van weight watchers af te zijn en dan komen ze weken later met een incasso bedrijf. Uiteindelijk ligt de fout bij weight watchers en word je totaal niet geholpen.
3 als je de klantenservice belt zijn ze ronduit asociaal en onvriendelijk en kunnen ze je zogenaamd niet door verbinden met jet hoofdkantoor
If you cancel with their will, you end up in a long-term struggle. Never start with it they will tell you where you are. Weight watchers cannot call themselves a professional company.
1 they never respond to their emails, I think they have had a technical problem since 2012 (they always use it as an excuse)
2 I canceled my subscription in time, then arranged everything with them and money was still being debited. We had telephone contact about this and the money was refunded. I finally thought I'd got rid of weight watchers and then they would come up with a collection company weeks later. In the end, the fault lies with weight watchers and you are not helped at all.
3 If you call customer service, they are downright anti-social and unfriendly and they cannot supposedly connect you to the Jet Head Office
