Waren er tijdens de avondverkoop (sorry) en het personeel had er duidelijk niet zoveel zin in. Jammer.
Were there during the evening sales (sorry) and the staff clearly didn't feel like it. Unfortunately.

In de winkel fijn geholpen en mooie dingen gekocht voor de badkamer. Helaas service tot de deur. Binnen een jaar kapotte doucheslang, na 3 x bellen en 3 weken later eindelijk een andere slang. Helaas verkeerde kleur, zilver dof ipv chrome, weer gebeld maar de slang zou bij de douche-set horen... het is geen gezicht. Weer gebeld, zou terug gebeld worden maar nooit meer iets gehoord. Jammer X2O. Na mijn klacht reactie gehad en het probleem is gelukkig opgelost. Fijn X20.
Nice help in the store and bought beautiful things for the bathroom. Unfortunately service to the door. Broken shower hose within a year, after calling 3 times and 3 weeks later finally another hose. Unfortunately wrong color, silver dull instead of chrome, called again but the hose would belong to the shower set ... it is not a face. Called again, said to be called back but never heard back. Sorry X2O. After my complaint I received a response and the problem has been solved. Fine X20.

Rommelige showroom. Personeel besteed geen aandacht aan je. We werden begroet door de verkopers bij vertrek en niet bij binnenkomst.
Messy showroom. Staff don't pay attention to you. We were greeted by the vendors on departure and not upon entering.

Heel fijn geholpen door Sandro in de winkel! Extreem goede nazorg vanuit de winkel en de hoofd organisatie. Badkamer meubel bleek iets beschadigd en er werd direct een nieuw meubel beloofd en geleverd. Onze aannemer had de douche niet goed ingemeten waardoor de douchedeur van x2o niet passend was. Deze is al ingepland om op te halen en het bedrag wordt gecrediteerd. Niet verwacht dat een winkel die scherp op de prijs is ook zulke goede nazorg levert. De badkamer is heel mooi geworden
Very nice help from Sandro in the store! Extremely good aftercare from the store and the main organization. Bathroom furniture turned out to be slightly damaged and new furniture was immediately promised and delivered. Our contractor had not properly measured the shower, so the x2o shower door did not fit. This is already scheduled for pick up and the amount will be credited. Do not expect a store that is competitive on the price to provide such good aftercare. The bathroom has become very beautiful

Nette winkel en mooie spullen. Helaas een dramatisch administratiesysteem en onprettige arrogante medewerkers. Meerdere keren laten ze weten dat je wordt teruggebeld, wat vervolgens nooit meer gebeurt. Vier keer terug moeten naar de winkel omdat ze de administratie niet op orde hebben. Bericht krijgen dat een product niet op voorraad is, terug naar de winkel gaan, om er vervolgens achter te komen dat het product volgens het systeem wel op voorraad is. Of dat producten echt niet op voorraad zijn en je dus moet wisselen en weer een nieuwe aanbetaling moet doen. Black Friday actie die volgens ons na wisselen, of toevoegen van artikelen nooit meer volledig is verrekend, terwijl daar wel voor getekend is. Helaas door het dramatische systeem nooit meer exact te achterhalen. Gaan maanden overheen omdat niemand het weet, van kastje naar muur gestuurd worden en uiteindelijk weten medewerkers opeens zelf te vertellen dat het al wel verrekend zou moeten zijn. Nu heb ik nog niet eens alles gehad, maar naar deze winkel ga ik in ieder geval nooit meer!
Nice shop and nice stuff. Unfortunately a dramatic administration system and unpleasant arrogant employees. Several times they let you know that you will be called back, which then never happens again. Had to go back to the store four times because they don't have the administration in order. Get a message that a product is out of stock, go back to the store, only to find out that the product is in stock according to the system. Or that products are really not in stock and you therefore have to exchange and make a new deposit. Black Friday promotion that, in our opinion, has never been fully settled after changing or adding items, even though it has been signed for. Unfortunately, because the dramatic system can never be traced back exactly. Months go by because nobody knows, are sent from cupboard to wall and eventually employees suddenly know to tell themselves that it should already have been settled. Now I haven't even had everything, but I will never go to this store again!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We went to the shop at the beginning of June and we did an order for the sanitary of two complete bathrooms (around 5000 euro). We walk around in the shop with one of the employees and we chose all the things we wanted to include in our order, we paid the deposit and we left. Once home, we realized that there were several mistakes, 3 shower doors instead of two, one wrong sink, only one siphon instead of two... Ok, it shouldn't, but it can happen. We tried to fix it via phone and email but apparently, it was impossible, so we came back to the shop. The system they are using for managing orders doesn't allow to modify the orders (and, by the way, this is crazy) so in order to fix the previous mistakes, other orders have been generated. And here is where a never-ending story of mistakes started. We spent 2 hours at the shop and even if we have already prepared the list of codes that has to be modified. The result was new orders with several other mistakes. Every time we came to the shop (more than 5) to fix the previous mistakes, new and creative ones appeared in the new orders and of course, every time our deposit changed. We have already paid the 15% of items that we never asked for and they were just added by mistake. Yesterday we came to pay the total amount and to have our stuff delivered. But the employee said that as some items can be delivered in 10 days while others can only be delivered later on, he had to delete the previous orders and create new ones, one for each delivery date. Which again it looks quite crazy and it cost us again a lot of time. Now we have 3 problems: 1) MISTAKES in the order of items available in stock: while deleting and creating new orders, the guy again made a lot of mistakes. One extra siphon, one extra thermostat, and one wrong control plate for the toilet have been added to the order we have paid and which should be delivered to us on 6 June. 2) DELIVERY DATE: deleting the previous orders and creating new ones, the guy couldn't guarantee the same delivery dates, mid-August was the latest (he communicated this info only at the end). So everything is now delayed, some stuff will be delivered in September, which of course is too late for us. 3) THE FINAL PRICE we are asked to pay doesn't correspond to the reality. Besides the time we spent in the shop and all the job permits we had to ask in order to go there and fix all the problems we haven't created, all this process cost us a lot of time in reviewing every time all the orders at home, code by code, to check someone else's job. In front of all this messy situation, nobody said "sorry" not even one time.

Do not use the service of X2O, if I could I would definitely buy elsewhere now. The WORST experience we've ever had with a shop. We ordered everything months ago to make sure everything comes in time, a week before the planned delivery it turns out the equipment is not in stock and will have 2 months delay. No upfront communication from the shop, no proposed solution. Then, we tried to order a different model but in the meantime it turned out the bathtub we wanted got back in stock. The delivery was planned for today (28.05.), we arranged for help to bring it to the apartment (the shop of course does not arrange for that), just called and turns out the bathtub is not available and can be delivered in AUGUST. Again, if I didn't call we wouldn't have gotten any message whatsoever.
