Kein Wunder das ihr bei der Qualitätsprüfung des MDKs mit der Note 1,0 abgeschlossen habt ! ??? Bleibt so ? A great team that you can always rely on 100%! This makes it much easier to care for our two grandmas ?? No wonder that you finished the quality test of the MDK with a grade of 1.0! ??? Stay that way ?

Diesen Lebensabschnitt hat das xantener Pflegeteam super "umgewuppt" und bis heute ist meine Oma glücklich, ein so menschliches Team um sich zu haben. Absolut empfehlenswert!! The step of choosing and approving a care service is difficult for seniors. The xantener care team has super-grunted this stage of life and until today my grandmother is happy to have such a human team around her. Highly Recommended!!

Auf mehrmaliger schriftlicher Kündigung des Vertrages wurde auch nicht reagiert. Dies ist keine Basis für Vertrauen in einen Pflegedienst. Den Stern geben wir für das Personal welches zu uns ins Haus kam. Diese waren immer einwandfrei. _____________________________________________________________________________ Antwort auf Ihre Antwort zu meiner Rezension Schön, dass Sie sich so viel Zeit genommen haben auf meine Rezension zu antworten. Leider ändert es nichts an der Tatsache, dass ich von Ihrem Büro keinerlei Rückrufe erhalten habe. Wann sollen wir zusammen gesprochen haben? Auch habe ich bis heute keine Reaktion auf meine zwei schriftlichen Kündigungen erhalten. Das Bestätigen einer Kündigung ist ein Standartvorgang und ich wundere mich sehr, dass dieses auch nach etlichen Wochen noch nicht geschehen ist. Warum haben Sie nach meiner Rezension nicht einfach zum Telefonhörer gegriffen? Oder mindestens die Kündigungsbestätigung verschickt? Auf die warte ich immer noch. Nutzen Sie mein Feedback um Ihre " Prozesse besser zu gestalten " . Ach ja,..... und senden Sie mit bitte endlich die Bestätigung zu. Mit freundlichem Gruss und bleiben auch Sie gesund. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the way the office was organized. There was no information about changing personnel deployment. Requests for callbacks were ignored. There was also no reaction to multiple written termination of the contract. This is not a basis for trusting a nursing service. We give the star to the staff who came to our house. Ich war glücklich, das sie auch mir und meinen Papa in der kurzen schweren Zeit zur Seite gestanden haben. "Danke an die grünen Engel ? ??" I can highly recommend the care team. My dad and I always had fun when the boys and girls were around. I was happy that they stood by my side and me and my dad during the short difficult time. "Thanks to the green angels ? ??"
M	Melanie Cuppok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immer wenn ich die grünen Flitzer des Xantener Pflegeteams in der Stadt sehe denke ich dankbar an die Zeit, in der all die lieben Mitarbeiter unserer Familie so sehr im Alltag geholfen haben, zurück. Es war so eine große Hilfe in schwerer Zeit. Angefangen von den Mitarbeiterinnen im Büro, die auf jede Frage eine kompetente Antwort wussten und uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tag zur Seite standen, danke dafür :-) Danke auch an die Damen, die im Haushalt geholfen haben - ihr habt unserer Oma oft einfach durch eure Anwesenheit und ein nettes Gespräch den Tag versüsst!!! Und nicht zuletzt ein riesiges Dankeschön die lieben Pflegerinnen und Pfleger: auf euch war immer Verlass. Ihr habt so oft über das nötige Maß hinaus alles gegeben, um uns zu entlasten und unserer Oma somit eine schöne, würdevolle, letzte Lebenszeit gegeben. Macht weiter so! Frau Steinhöfel, sie können stolz auf ihr tolles Team sein :-) Whenever I see the green speedsters of the Xanten care team in town, I think back gratefully to the time when all the lovely employees helped our family so much in everyday life. It was such a great help in difficult times. Starting with the staff in the office, who knew a competent answer to every question and were always available to help us with advice and support, thanks for that :-) Thanks also to the ladies who helped with the household - you often just got through to our grandmother your presence and a nice conversation sweeten the day! And last but not least, a huge thank you to the dear nurses: you could always be relied on. You have so often given everything beyond what was necessary to relieve us and thus give our grandma a beautiful, dignified, last lifetime. Keep it up! Ms. Steinhöfel, you can be proud of your great team :-)

Unsere Wünsche wurden voll berücksichtigt und drauf eingegangen ! . Leider blieb uns nicht mehr viel Zeit mit ihm . Ein tolles Pflegeteam was wir zu 100% weiter empfehlen können. Macht weiter so .
