Abgesehen vom negativen Erscheinungsbild des Unternehmen ist die Beratung und Freundlichkeit vom "Verkäufer/Inhaber" unterste Schublade! Nicht zu Empfehlen! In this case the star is symbolic. Apart from the negative image of the company, the advice and friendliness of the "seller / owner" is the bottom drawer! Not recommendable!
L	L Siggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War gerade noch da.Sehr unfreundlich will wohl auch nicht verkaufen.Schreit gleich drauf los bei fragen.Aber es gibt noch genügend andere Anlaufstellen in Xanten die 10 mal freundlicher sind .Man muss sowas nicht haben. Was just there. Very unfriendly, I guess I don't want to sell either. Shouting straight away when I ask. But there are enough other contact points in Xanten that are 10 times friendlier. You don't have to have something like that.

Oh man ... what a guy ... he really doesn't want any customers ... at 8 pm after 5 I wanted in ... he shakes his head and says he's out of work that's super unfriendly ... I think okay .. . It's probably already closed ... when I look after he's gone .. I see it's open until half past five ...

Würde da nichts Kaufen ,da sie wohl nichts Verkaufen wollen. Advice null, friendly is something else. Were just on site, I had previously written an email but no answer !. Wouldn't buy anything there, since they probably don't want to sell anything.
B	Bar Code on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weder Beratung noch Service in irgendeiner Weise gut dann hat man auch noch Garantie auf dem Gerät und dann weiss der Techniker nicht Mal wie man dass Gerät repariert. PS. Ich hoffe der Laden wird bald geschlossen. PSS. 1 Stern ist leider die niedrigste Bewertung :( Neither advice nor service in any way good then you also have a guarantee on the device and then the technician doesn't even know how to repair the device. PS. I hope the shop will close soon. PSS. Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest rating :(
M	Motog Handy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boah, wir haben es überlebt. Der Firmeninhaber ist ausgeflippt, wobei wir nur seinen Ruhetag nicht beachtet haben. Wenn jemand da hingeht, nicht die Blutdrucksenker für den Firmeninhaber vergessen. Wenn der Zustand der Ware so gut ist, wie es um das Firmengelände aussieht, dann schon mal die Ersatzgeräte bei anderer bestellen. Da sind schon komische Firmen ansässig in der Xantener Bronx, der Reifenhändler um die Ecke ist vergleichbar kundenfreundlich. Ich vergebe 1 Stern, das Minimum, aber eigentlich sollten es -20 sein. Whoa, we survived. The company owner freaked out, the only thing we didn't take into account was his day off. If anyone goes there, don't forget the antihypertensive drugs for the business owner. If the condition of the goods is as good as it looks around the company premises, then order the replacement devices from someone else. There are strange companies based in the Xanten Bronx, the tire dealer around the corner is comparably customer-friendly. I'm giving 1 star, the minimum, but really it should be -20.
