In het PML gebouw heb ik een fantastische tijd gehad. Je ontmoet er mensen van over de hele wereld en je leert andere talen en culturen beter kennen. Alles is goed georganiseerd en het personeel staat klaar om je te helpen waar nodig. Perfect om te studeren en te ontspannen, net als de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en de tuin. Ik raad PML echt aan als je een geweldige tijd wil doorbrengen in Leuven!

Je betaald vooraf een eindschoonmaak vergoeding. Dit houdt in dat de persoon voor jou dit ook heeft gedaan, toch krijg je de kamer vies. Je borg wordt achtergehouden, per contract is dat binnen 10 weken, maar je kan zo 3/ 4 maanden lang bezig zijn om je borg terug te krijgen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took over from StuWorld as the housing company of my student residence last year. Terrible service, unacceptable communication, they broke the law by refusing to send all tenants their service cost overview, took 8 weeks to send back the deposit, and made no efforts to give us a lease in English even though one was promised. I dread to think what would have happened if we would have had worse issues like the need to fix something in the apartment or being locked out (etc.).
Response to their response: It's too little too late to ask me to email your representative, almost a year after I moved out. Judging from how you handled email complaints from all tenants when I was living there, it wouldn't be of any use to email you about it further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience. For over a year and a half, I'm attempting to get XIOR to send me a breakdown of service costs that they have been charging me. Don't be fooled by their friendly responses to bad reviews here - they make it look like they care, but then they break off all communication and block your number. Currently I'm working on the issue with lawyers and the rental committee, which costs me time, energy and extra money, but I'm determined to get justice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!
