F	Fahima Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very very rude, this one particular staff who doesn’t have a warm welcome about her. Every we ask her something she’s very rude and abrupt. My last day was the worse I was absolutely in shock. Whilst I was trying to sort my flights out, I was she was in reception speaking with other guests, there was also another staff member I thought he was available so I went to him, she raised her voice and shouted saying ‘can’t you see we are dealing with someone’ so I said ‘I didn’t realise you both were’. She goes yes his training!! I felt so embarrassed and humiliated, everyone in the lobby heard, she could have easily said ‘will be with you in a moment or something. They are meant to be a 4* hour hotel and do not know how to speak to their guests, won’t be coming here again for sure. I’d advice others not to go either, there’s better hotels in Amsterdam- worth your money and definitely More friendly!

The coffe machine in our room was broken and each time that we ask them to replace it they said if we want we have to come to the reception and get a new one!!! The mini bar was empty and after each cleaning they didn't replenish items and during one week of stay we didn't get a clean bed linen! We hadn't have such a bad experience anywhere else!

Breakfast was the same each morning but was good and enough choices. Bed was very comfy and the bathroom was spacious and very nice that had a heated floor. Even though this hotel is not central (i knew that when made the booking) the fact that 2 tram station is exactly in front of the hotel made everything to be reached in minutes. So make yourself a favour and book this hotel. For sure i will recommend it further to others or i will choose it again in the future.

Location is Ok, it's not central but you have easy access to public transportation and you'll need around 20 minutes to the Amsterdam central, only few minutes to Vondelan park and around 10 min to museums part.

There is tram stop delflandan just at the hotel exit. Tram no 2 stop here. Overall stay was good but I I feel there are areas of improvement. First, I need my coffee in morning but unfortunately the stuff you need for coffee was missing though there is coffee machine and when I call reception for the same, she said that there is no one right now in hotel at reception and she asked me "if you need something please come downstairs and get it yourself. I think this could be managed by hotel by ensuring everting is present in room. Secondly, the morning breakfast is definitely need to be looked into and I could not find anything to eat which was quite disappointing for my stay at hotel. The breakfast should have more variety and fits for international global travellers. If you are looking for hotel with good food, then this is not the place.
M	Masoud Aghaei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure if it is like this all the time or just this particular time of the year but during my 2 weeks of staying in this hotel room, the hotel was like semi-close. It happened several times that I ask for something and there was only one person in whole hotel at reception and he/she asked me "if you need something please come downstairs and get it yourself." Also there was no laundry, breakfast was not buffet and there were no launch or dinner for room service. In addition there were a fat layer of rust on almost every surface in the room. Also the windows were not really impeding and when there were strong winds you could feel the wind inside the room if you seat near the windows.

It’s great neighbourhood and the tram is right in front of hotel which goes directly to city Center. The stuff was really friendly and helpful . I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

The rooms were clean and comfortable although we didn't spend much time in doors. The staff were pleasant and delivered outstanding customer service. My two year old vomited up all over the bed sheets at 10pm and the Manager himself came to help. This studiously hospitable attitude was typical of all my experiences with the Dutch people during my visit, for which I am eternally grateful - missing it already.
