★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The style of communication with clients is lower the street style. First there was the missunderstanding. I was communicating very (i could say even unreasonable) polite but the administrator and the girl which made manicure were pritty shouting on me. The quality is lower the cheapest manicure as well. I should say: they need to pay for this that i gave them my nails, not me....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Name of “beautician”: Katerina. And that one star is very generous of me. I had to show her missed spots of polish (to which she replied “well who is looking at that bit anyway”...errrr me) and whole strips of missed topcoat, then had to point out to her she’d only done the top coat on one hand and polish left underneath my nails. Poorly done! Then having selected express manicure she didn’t communicate during the process any additional costs but just went ahead without my knowledge. At no point did they tell me the cost of soaking off gels wasn’t included in the price. Then when I explained this to them they said they would call security!!! Totally hopeless place which is lucky they have a captive audience.

I travel a lot and don;t have much time to book my usual hair salon. I was looking to get a cut AFTER checking-in, passport control and security. There is indeed a place you can walk-in and for a quite low price get a fantastic Haircut. Very convenient when you have a busy travel schedule and no time to go to your usual hair salon. Very kind personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my nails done an hour before my trip, asked for removal and new gel coat. Noticed how blotchy it was done on the flight and started chipping the very next day. This for €65! I feel completely scammed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend the rapid gel nail polish service.
I had half an hour to spare before boarding, so I decided to get a gel nail polish (rapid service).
Even though the lady who helped me is nice, and I got to use the massage chair while waiting for the acetone to sink into my existing gel nail polish, I was greatly disappointed with the quality of my nails.
To sum up what I am disappointed in:
- While removing the existing nail polish, a big amount of my own nail was also removed. She added a lot of pressure while removing the nail polish. And before that she filed my nail plate, which scratched the new exposed nail plate as well.
- While applying a new coat, she missed the sides. When asking her if she could als do the sides, she attempted to do so. However, she did not succeed to cover both sides of my nail.
- She kept adding more layers of nail polish, which led to some of my nails to have like a swirly texture. All of my nails had a blotchy texture.
- One day after, my nail polish started chipping and I did not do anything extreme with my hands. Nor did I do the dishes. But even so, a gel nail polish doesn't chip that fast.
- 3 to 4 days later, my nails started to break on the sides.
Overall, I wish I was told that the job couldn't be done in 30 minutes (even with a rapid service). Because there was no time to redo it. And even with my blotched nails, I was charged the full price.

They were amazing - paid for a 20 min massage and then we got free time on the massage loungers.
10/10 recommended and the staff were super friendly.. i am still relaxing whilst I type this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just flew for 11 hours and still have 5 more to go! A massage seemed a good use of time. 8 went to the XpressSpa that is located on the way to G & H gates. I paid 62 euros or roughly $68 US dollars for 30 minutes of neck and shoulder massage. Afterwards they offered to let me sit in a massage chair with no additional cost. This massage station is wheelchair ♿ accessible. The place is very clean, there were many options and services available. The massage was just the right firmness and the masseuse was really good.
