โ โ โ โ โ I was overcharged with 484 Euros for an extra that was not on the contract, as I did not asked for and it was not even given to me. This extra was winter tires in the middle of the European Summer! I reclaimed the money as I saw it on my credit card statement and the returned the money. But in the whole flow of charging me the extra 484 Euros and the refund of these 484 Euros, with the exchange rate of the banks I lost 30 dollars because of an error they made and recognize, but they denied to refund me the extra 30 dollars I've lost due to the error they made. The worst service ever.

โ โ โ โ โ We returned the car with no problems. After two MONTHS they still did not return our guarantee of approx 1000 euro! They are using our money without justification!!
Car rental through RentalCar platform, both companies have worst customer care ever!!!
No response, no solutions only closed calls and chats!
We will proceed with legal action!

โ โ โ โ โ this car rental company charges more for 1 additional day that for the previous 4 days !
And of course the cost of additional days is not mentioned in the rental contract and cannot be obtained by phone, but only when you bring the car back...
You may notice the much longer customers lines at the other car rental desks. Now I understand why !

โ โ โ โ โ The staff in help desk not cooperative at all. We reserve a luxury car and the amount is block on our card, when we went to to the desk the staff requested for 2 credits cards for insurance as we have only one CC and other is debit card and she refused to complete the process or even give as an alternative rather than this was her attitude is not professional.
We want to another company and they were so kind and friendly

They charged my card twice on their website, and I also never got a confirmation that my booking went through. Then the worst customer service experience began; I had to talk with three online chat representative, email their client service four times, and talked with them on the phone twice.
Now it has been almost a month, I still haven't gotten my money refunded. The communication from their customer service was a cold "we don't know when we'll refund you, so you just have to wait".
At this point, I would pay extra just to avoid them and use another car rental. Simply, unreliable service.

โ โ โ โ โ I have never seen such a unprofessional company which doesn't care about their clients.They don't respect clients rezervation for cars even if the clients have already paied.I reverved a medium car for my mother and i paied online for it but when we arrived at the airport,the employee saied to us that they didn't have that car so my mother has to drive another car twice as large than the reserved car.
The employees don't make their job and their don't care so they just repeat some words without a useful.I will never used this company again.

Negative:
Hidden costs only explained as you are signing documents. Customer service was combative and dismissive.
Conclusion:
There are so many other rental companies at Schiphol. Have had ZERO problems with Sixt, Avis, and Alamo. Donโt bother with Europcar. As the saying goes: โYou get what you pay for.โ

โ โ โ โ โ Very pleased with my experience at this rental office. I made an erroneous booking online which they helped me correct without any fuss. The whole renting process was just smooth, and the staff was professional (as should be expected but cannot be taken for granted everywhere). Even helped me retrieve an item I forgot in the car.
