β β β β β Topzaak ! De post had een fout gemaakt met verzenden en ons pakje kwam maar niet aan. Zonder gemor werd er alsnog hetzelfde product verzonden.
Uiteindelijk kwamen allebei de bestellingen tegelijk aan.
Had DHL fout gedaan dus.
Gelijk heb ik ze weer betaald omdat we het product ook konden gebruiken.
Fijne lui, aardig aan de telefoon, oplossinggericht en uiterst betrouwbaar.
Hier moet je zijn voor je spullen.
Top business! The post had made a mistake sending and our package did not arrive. The same product was still sent without a complaint.
In the end both orders arrived at the same time.
So DHL had made a mistake.
I immediately paid them again because we could also use the product.
Nice people, nice on the phone, solution-oriented and extremely reliable.
