 Fantastic internship, both my third and fourth year internship I did here for my Communication Systems study at the Hanze in Groningen. Good guidance and nice colleagues at a very nice location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben niet tevreden met dit ATS/CRM systeem. Klanten invoeren duurt lang door missende functionaliteit. Het systeem is duur vergeleken met concurrenten. Bij problemen met het systeem word je vaak niet terug gebeld. Afspraken worden ook al niet nagekomen. Al met al ben ik blij met de overstap naar een beter systeem.
Enige positieve wat ik kan bedenken is dat het systeem toelaat dat je op meerdere categorieën kan filteren.
I am not satisfied with this ATS / CRM system. Entering customers takes a long time due to missing functionality. The system is expensive compared to competitors. In case of problems with the system you will often not be called back. Agreements are also not fulfilled. All in all, I'm happy with the switch to a better system.
The only positive thing I can think of is that the system allows you to filter on multiple categories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede service, fijn pakket. We werken er al jaren mee. YellowYard excelleert wat mij betreft in haar klantenservice en dan met name in de oplossingsgerichte instelling bij problemen en hun snelle reacties.
Good service, nice package. We have been working with it for years. As far as I am concerned, YellowYard excels in its customer service and in particular in the solution-oriented attitude to problems and their rapid responses.
