YER is NOT a consulting firm. It is an uitzendbureau or an employment agency.
This agency has very bizarre type of secondment contract, which they hide in small texts and do not explain to their employees. You will realize when it is too late. In comparison with their peers, YER has absolutely nonsense employment conditions.
The contract from YER has two phases; phase A and Phase B
Phase A: No project No salary, even if you are under the payroll from YER. It doesn’t matter if YER gives you even one year contract, you will NOT get salary if third party company ends your project after a month, for example. Actually, it is “ZERO” hours contract. Better to work as freelance. YER will grab half of your income without providing any service.
Phase B: It is the normal contract where you will get salary even YER cannot assign you to a third party. HOWEVER, this phase will only start after 78 weeks of actual working, excluding sick leaves and holidays. Means, this phase could start after 90 weeks or even may be never at all.
When you are assigned to a third party, expect NO service/ support from YER. Think twice before you get hired by them or you are hiring someone from them. NOT worth at all.

No son nada profesionales, tienen una cláusula escondida que pocos leen!!, donde dicen que si la compañía decide que ya no quire trabajar contigo aún y cuando tu tienes un contrato con esta agencia de empleo por 1 año; solo te pagarán hasta el último día de trabajo y tú tendrás que ver que hacer?.. se lavan las manos y todo lo que te prometieron va a la basura..NO RECOMIENDO TRABAJAR CON ELLOS..
