Onze huurders willen een betaalbare en duurzame woning van voldoende kwaliteit. Dat is onze belangrijkste prioriteit. En we willen meer woningen bouwen, ook voor lage middeninkomens. Elke extra woning telt. Naast de aandacht voor onze complexen investeren we gerichter in de veerkracht van onze buurten, en verstevigen we de lokale samenwerking met bewoners en maatschappelijke partners. Hoe we dat doen leest u in onze strategie 2022+ 'Samen thuis'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ymere laat huurders in de kou staan. Lood in het water, vocht en schimmel in de woningen, geen communicatie over wisselwoning, bij klachten wordt je bedreigd door een jurist. Reparaties worden niet uitgevoerd, afspraken worden niet nagekomen en de pennenlikkers op kantoor zijn nog erger dan ambtenaren. Bedroevend slechte organisatie, schaam je als je hier wil werken.
 Ymere leaves tenants out in the cold. Lead in the water, moisture and mold in the homes, no communication about changing homes, if you have complaints you will be threatened by a lawyer. Repairs are not carried out, agreements are not kept and the pen lickers in the office are even worse than civil servants. Appallingly bad organisation, shame on you if you want to work here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte woningbouw je betaalt service kosten voor niks. Laten je jaren wachten bij zware overlast waar ze voor je er komt wonen al vanaf weten. Beloven dingen aan te passen aan de woning maar komen het niet na. Er werken een paar hele goede medewerkers maar t draait er allemaal om geld en uiteindelijk wordt je niet goed geholpen tenzij je jaren blijft doorzetten en dan nog heb je niet altijd een passende oplossing.
Bad housing construction you pay service costs for nothing. In case of serious nuisance, make you wait years for them to know about it before you come to live there. Promise to adapt things to the home but do not keep it. There are a few very good employees, but it's all about money and in the end you won't be helped properly unless you persist for years and even then you don't always have a suitable solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is the worst I ever had. The parking gate to the spot I rent is blocked almost daily and tenants cannot neither get in or out. But company does nothing to rrsores this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i m renting a business property from ymere. the service of their "bedrijfsruimte" department is non-existent. it seems nobody is ever working here in the office. and the woman that is responsible for my property never answers her mobile. emails and texts are replied with standard answers as if a bot answers them. be warned for these slackers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low-cost housing at the lowest-quality customer service I've ever seen.
If renting property isn't frustrating/humiliating enough, try and rent an apartment from Ymere. These are the steps you'll take to rent an apartment:
1) "Reply" to free-sector apartments which are comprised of mostly empty shells in former social housing properties. If you are lucky you will be invited to a viewing.
2) Go to a viewing with 10+ other people in the same miserable situation as you. Treat each other nicely and smile even though you would gladly throw every single person in front of bike traffic in order to get a place to live before your current lease runs out.
3) Tell the Ymere representative (if they show up) your name at the viewing and then express interest in the property once you're home.
4) Wait several days with no update hoping to get contacted by Ymere, who don't see the virtue in updating desperate tenants on the status of their application.
5) Watch the listing you were hoping to move into be taken off the site with absolutely no update. Go back to step 1 and continue ad infinitum until you die of natural causes at the age of 101 or you manage to marry into a Dutch last name.
