The yoga classes are focused on relaxation and meditation. Els gives the lessons very personal and adapts them to the needs of the moment. Also gives tips to apply at home or at work. The yoga hour at Els is my present of the week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze rustige manier van yoga geeft me de nodige ontspanning. Ik mag dan alleen even aan mezelf denken, mijn lijf voelen en mn gedachten de ruimte geven. Toegeven aan mijn 'zijn'.
Els, de yogadocent is lief en rustig en zorgt snel voor een een heel ontspannen sfeer.
1 keer per week wil ik dit echt niet missen.

This calm way of yoga gives me the necessary relaxation. I can then just think about myself, feel my body and give my thoughts space. Admit to my 'being'.
Els, the yoga teacher is sweet and calm and quickly creates a very relaxed atmosphere.
