★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al een paar weken les gehad, alle andere mensen zijn aardig. Bouke zelf is ook erg aardig en geduldig. En de yoga zelf is erg verfrissend!
Had lessons for a few weeks, all other people are nice. Bouke herself is also very nice and patient. And the yoga itself is very refreshing!

Ik kom er steeds weer blij vandaan en vind de lessen gewoon erg fijn.
En ja natuurlijk is er altijd wel een oefening bij die je niet zo goed beheerst maar dat hoeft ook niet.
Tijdens de lockdown heeft Bouke de lessen ingesproken en kon je de lessen thuis doen.
En natuurlijk mis je wel de saamhorigheid maar het was en is goed te doen.
Ik vind het heel erg fijn dat ze dit heeft gedaan.

I always come from happy and just really enjoy the lessons.
And yes of course there is always an exercise that you do not master that well, but you don't have to.
During the lockdown, Bouke recorded the lessons and you could do the lessons at home.
And of course you miss the togetherness, but it was and is doable.
I am very pleased that she did this.
