Aber nach "reinschnuppern" im Yoganest war alles anders: dank der einfühlsamen und offenen Susanne und Karl ist Yoga nun Teil meines Lebens. Nicht nur wegen der körperlichen Anstrengung, sondern vor allem weil das im Einklang mit der Seele einhergeht. Kein esoterischer Schnickschnack, sondern einfach nur ein großartiger Ausgleich zur Alltagshektik, mitten im Alltag. Das Yoganest in Issum ist eine klare Empfehlung! Men do not do yoga? I thought so too. But after "sniffing" in the yoga test everything was different: thanks to the empathetic and open Susanne and Karl, yoga is now part of my life. Not only because of the physical effort, but also because it is in harmony with the soul. No esoteric bells and whistles, but just a great balance to the everyday hectic, in the middle of everyday life. The Yoganest in Issum is a clear recommendation!

Hier findet ihr ein reichhaltiges Kursangebot ergänzt durch wechselnde Workshops in wirklich toller Atmosphäre. Die Räume im Wohlfühlhaus machen dem Namen alle Ehre: hier heißt es ankommen und wohlfühlen - körperliche Anstrengung aber gleichzeitig auch Entspannung, zur Ruhe kommen und die Seele verwöhnen, das alles bietet das Yoganest. Susanne und Karl bereichern als kompetente Lehrer mit achtsamen Tipps und Hilfestellungen die Yogapraxis aller Kursteilnehmer. Ich komme immer wieder gerne! For yoga beginners and experienced really highly recommended! Here you will find a wide range of courses complemented by changing workshops in a really great atmosphere. The rooms in the feel-good house live up to the name: here it is important to arrive and feel well - physical exertion but at the same time also relaxation, come to rest and pamper the soul, all this offers the yoga test. Susanne and Karl enrich as expert teachers with mindful tips and assistance the yoga practice of all course participants. I always like to come back!
