I ordered a rice roll machine in October last year (2021), but I haven't received it yet, and it has been delayed 3 times. Now I can't even contact anyone directly, I guess this store is already yellow. I should never get my €58,50 back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quite handy to buy Chinese electronics in Netherlands with fair price, in the past I had to transport the stuff with my suitcase from China. Although the response time of YOHO customer service is bit slow, they still could give local service and offer warranty, which are the main advantages and extra values to me. Well, generally I'm satisfied with their products, the life quality during covid is better thanks to those electronics.
