★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please ignore this store if you can worse customer service with really useless management and supervisor specifically Sumatera very rude they absolutely has no idea or skills of customer service.
I wish I had read comments before even plan shopping at this place.
I preorder Samsung note 20 ultra waited 3weeks to arrive at store with promo offering free Pro Buds, but the manager turn up to be a scam doge you over offering you a refurbished old model hands free kit and refusing to give you what actually order… never seen such poor service … PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE SCAM …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful, they might seriously overcharge from what you get from Samsung.nl or anywhere else. Found out today that the Store was charging EUR 100 more for a tablet compared to any other location in the Netherlands, either online or in physical stores. I assumed that Samsung's online prices would be equal to the Store prices. Turned out it was not. Sales staff was not aware of the difference and also did not seem to care the least. Also he wasn't aware of the trade-in options Samsung offers either.
Gave it two stars for the good service dept. No complaints about them.
Obviously I left without making the purchase.

Employee mistakenly made a duplicate mobile subscription when I purchased my phone last year.
They are refusing to take any responsibility for the subscription and charges. Will likely take legal action.
UPDATE - got in contact with support through Whatsapp under suggestion of owner reply. Waiting for feedback.
UPDATE - Samsung refused to take responsibility. Will be taking legal action.
Please do NOT do mobile contracts on this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Samsung store has terrific customer service. They offer their own repair services which is quite convenient. The store offers every Samsung product one can desire but only pertaining to tablets, watches, earbuds and telephones. I definitely recommend visiting the store if you are interested in any of the above products. You are able to touch them and ask questions to any employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, staff not only unfriendly but also send you to the store where you bought the phone for solving the problem. Jokes on them since I bought the phone there (walked out and in right away). However, they still didn't want to solve the problem. People were super nice when I bought the phone, but when something happened because of them, they reacted unfriendly, irritated and did not work towards a solution. The manager also leaves something to be desired, a whole story about them having to bear the costs of a repair that Samsung would find unfounded. Hi, my phone was broken (not from a fall or anything) within a week of purchase, what do you expect, the customer to pay for it? Ultimately, the phone was made at the expense of Samsung, but because of this experience I decided not to do business in this store in Utrecht anymore and a week later I bought another new S21 phone from Samsung at the Vodafone store in the same center. I still need a lot of them for my business. Friendly staff over there and they heard this more often about the "oh so good service center"...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited today to buy a watch and the client service was simply horrible. Staff is untrained and clueless! I wasn't greeted, I had to ask for attention to get a consultation. They didn't have the product I wanted in black (with is the obviously basic color) and didn't suggest ordering one for me. They suggested to buy completely different product that they had in black which was 3x more expensive and over my budget (even though I indicated what is my budget). When I asked about the watch the consultant literally said "I don't know about this product I just work here".
They didn't even notice that the payment was declined until I asked for a receipt!
When I asked for help with setting up the product that I just bought, they sent me from one sales guy to the other, I talked to 4 guys in total and in the end they said go home and when you charge it just use the samsung wizard or come back to us the other day. I didn't show discontent to their faces so I'm writing here now. I'm shocked how bad Samsung service is. And this is happening in Samsung store in the biggest shopping mall in Utrecht. You should seriously consider doing something about the client service. Train your employees!!! They are useless. I'm so sorry for you.
