Bedrijf denkt niet mee en staan niet klaar bij reparaties waardoor je toch onveilig de weg opgaat. Worst communication and handling of everything. Does not meet promises. You pay for replacement transport but you do not get it. Highly recommended. Company does not think along and is not ready for repairs so you are unsafe on the road.

Men leest niet goed wat er gevraagd wordt. En geeft vervolgens geen antwoord op de gestelde vragen. - Your Lease stuurt spookfacturen zonder toelichting en eist betaling, zonder dat je weet waar je voor moet betalen. - Your Lease maakt fouten bij berekeningen. Reken alles goed na; want het is niet in je voordeel. - YourLease maakt onduidelijke offertes die grotendeels niet kloppen (missende informatie). - Als je de auto ophaalt of wegbrengt bij YourLease wordt daarvoor een afspraak gemaakt, echter moet je alsnog in 'de bar' wachten tot de desbetreffende persoon een keer wordt opgepiept dmv een groepsapp die ze er gebruiken. Misschien wat beter je research doen, voordat je 'voor de bühne' wat roept? Firma rommelaars en sjacheraars. Blijf hier ver vandaan! Je wordt binnengehaald op 'die ene auto' die vervolgens 'nooit leverbaar is' en vervolgens word er geprobeerd je richting andere auto's te duwen. Erg onprettig, net als de algehele communicatie. UPDATE: Thanks for the response Yourlease, but the response is not getting anywhere. Maybe do your research a bit better before yelling 'on stage'? Firm junkies and touts. Stay far away from here! You are brought in on 'that one car' that subsequently 'is never available' and then an attempt is made to push you towards other cars. Very unpleasant, just like the overall communication.

B	Boshuisje Rhenen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let op bij lease: niet alle informatie op de site klopt. Ze adverteren dat je na 12 maanden het contract kunt opzeggen. Zelfs telefonisch gechecked wat de adders onder het gras waren. Niets, alleen 2 maanden aanbetalen (geen borg en 3 mnd. opzegtermijn). Vandaag een afspraak gehad en de auto bleek niet na 12 maanden maar pas na 24 maanden opzegbaar. Ze wilden ondanks de foutieve info niet van afwijken. Teleurstellend. Verder wel een positieve indruk over het bedrijf vandaar zeker 3 sterren maar bereid je voor op misleidende informatie zoals bij ons. Please note with lease: not all information on the site is correct. They advertise that you can cancel the contract after 12 months. Even checked by phone what the adders were. Nothing, only 2 months deposit (no deposit and 3 months notice). Had an appointment today and the car was not canceled after 12 months but only after 24 months. Despite the incorrect information, they did not want to deviate from it. Disappointing. Furthermore, a positive impression about the company, hence at least 3 stars, but be prepared for misleading information like with us.
