J	Joop Machielse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spatlapje gekocht voor Qwic spatbord. Duidelijk aangegeven dat spatbord 6 cm breed is. Thuisgekomen bleek de spatlap 4 cm breed. Teruggegaan: zou geen probleem zijn want ik kon de zijkanten er afknippen.......! Mijn suggestie: adviseer de volgende keer het spatbord met 2 cm. te versmallen? Bought mud flap for Qwic mudguard. Clearly indicated that fender is 6 cm wide. When we got home, the mudflap turned out to be 4 cm wide. Went back: wouldn't be a problem because I could cut the sides off.......! My suggestion: next time recommend the fender with 2 cm. to narrow?

Bij Smeeing hebben ze direct mijn garantieclaim opgepakt en alles super snel geregeld met de leverancier. Super relaxt! Hier maak je toch gewoon vrienden mee! Incredibly good service! I had some problems with a bike carrier that I bought at another bike shop. At Smeeing they immediately picked up my warranty claim and arranged everything very quickly with the supplier. super relaxed! You just make friends here!

A	Allard Holthuis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim 10 maanden na aanschaf van de fijne Kalkhoff e bike en 4500 km gefietst te hebben waren de kogellagers in voor en achterwiel hoorbaar en dus versleten. Shimano gaf als leverancier van de wielen niet thuis wat betreft garantie/ coulance. Profile Smeeing heeft dit echter heel goed opgepakt. De lagers zijn vervangen en gedurende de tijd dat de fiets in de werkplaats stond een fijne leenfiets ter beschikking gesteld. Dank voor deze geweldige aftermarket service.. Met vriendelijke groet, A.A.Holthuis More than 10 months after purchasing the fine Kalkhoff e-bike and having cycled 4500 km, the ball bearings in the front and rear wheel were audible and therefore worn. Shimano, as the supplier of the wheels, did not give in to warranty/leniency. Profile Smeeing has handled this very well, however. The bearings have been replaced and a nice loaner bike was made available during the time that the bicycle was in the workshop. Thank you for this great aftermarket service.. Yours sincerely, A.A. Mijn derailleur werkte niet naar behoren en dat hebben ze uitstekend onder garantie gerepareerd. Hun quickservice is van uitstekende klasse en ze nemen de moeite totdat het probleem is opgelost. Purchased a new Kalkhoff bicycle in April 2021 and received excellent help. My derailleur was not working properly and they repaired it excellently under warranty. Their quick service is top notch and they take the trouble until the issue is resolved.
