Ons All You Can Eat Concept gaat u bevallen, zeker weten! YUME is het Japanse woord voor droom. Of u bij ons ook echt in een droomwereld terechtkomt? Dat laten wij aan u over. Aan het interieur zal het niet liggen dit is licht, fris en trendy, met Oosterse invloeden.
Onze koks proberen voortdurend boven zichzelf uit te stijgen. Resultaat: overheerlijke sushi, in ontelbare variaties. Gebaseerd op de verfijnde en traditionele Japanse keuken. Het gezonde alternatief voor wie gemakkelijk en bovenal smakelijk wil eten.
Maar ook diverse vlees- en vissoorten weten de koks van YUME om te toveren tot verrassende grill-, wok- en frituur gerechten. Begint u al langzaam weg te dromen? Dat is mooi, maar gewoon eens langskomen is natuurlijk nog leuker!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious. Fresh and good quality sushi. Also have some Japanese grill and variations of food. A great recommendation for anyone who likes Asian cuisine or just want to try something new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel were friendly however not fit to work on a busy day, the sushi was not prepared well, for example the fried shrimp California roll had an almost burned shrimp in it... the time it took to get your food was also way to long so it was obvious that the sushi kitchen needed some assistance however after having a look saw that chef was alone preparing the sushi,, for me i wouldn't give yume another chance an to be honest this establishment wouldn't survive in a major city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here a couple of times and I don't think it got better after it got populair. The nigiri are smaller than before as well as the rolls. The taste is still okay to pretty good but I find it a shame that sizes changed.
I do like the new poke bowls, it's a good mixture of flavours and a nice sized dish. I also like the warm dishes.
Do keep in mind that's pretty busy because they seat everybody on one side of the restaurant, so it's pretty cramped and loud. Even during the week. We visited on a Tuesday.

Temperature outside was 12 degrees and a lot of wind. There where 3 heaters that didn't cover the whole space and not set to the right setting (minimum if I did read it correctly from the heater).
Next to that from all the orders that we made, we received about 60%.
We did complain several times but with no result.
The orders that we recieved where ok.
But nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite and caring young staff. Fast clean service. Only tasted the the Grills and found them delicious, tender, and juicy (unlike some places which soak in frying oil). Didn't try sushi and salads out of care against Corona. A bit too pricey compared to similar all-you-can-eats because even soft drinks and tea or coffee are to be ordered separately. Overall recommend it and may visit again. Thanks!
