★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Center of the city crate digging awaits at Zap Records. Two floors and an extensive range of new and old pressings. I only explored the first floor, but will be back to hit the basement. Chill atmosphere and laid-back staff doing mental math at the till. €15 for three records, when it should've been 17.50 definitely ain't no bad thing!

Prices range from €5 and €35 depending on the quality rarity.
If you're passionate about vinyl, you can easily spend hours here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another fantastic Amsterdam record store, all genre's covered but the hip hop, jazz and soul sections particularly good, a decent selection of reggae too, especially the 7"singles. Didn't make it to the basement but it looked liked another room full of vinyl. Owner, Raul, certainly knows his stuff and had time to chat about his favourite hip hop jams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caught this spot out of the corner of my eye and spent a good half hour perusing the record selection.
The selection is worth the cost which isn't too expensive anyways. I found two albums that I couldn't find in my home state and saw many more I wish I could grab.
Vinyl listening stations, takes cash and a nice break from the main tourist shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great selection of different genres of records, I've found. Alot of interesting things here that are quite hard to find. The section downstairs if fantastic to rummage through if you have a bit of spare time. The pricing is quite high however, even by Amsterdam standards, so it's definitely not my favourite record shop for that reason. Very friendly staff who are very knowledgeable!
