J	Julieta Morais on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Zes! I was first very impressed with how nice the studio looks and the high quality appliances. After my first class I was shaking and could feel muscles I did not even know I had. Also, highly recommend the jumpboard class. It is a lot of fun!

I started already liking the vibe after a few messages with the owner, she is very lovely and super helpful. I got a discount on my first class and she made sure to follow up with me throughout the class because it was my very very first class of pilates. I was shakiiiiing throughout the workout and absolutely loved every second of it! The 50 minutes passed so quickly and I felt so peaceful and relaxed afterwards! Aside from the great super efficient and structured workout, the studio is beautiful and is very nicely decorated, it feels like they made their utmost best for people to feel comfortable and happy. They provide socks and towels as part of your package. My review will not do justice to how beautiful the studio is and the best part is the last part of the class where we stretch with very relaxing music and lights! If you are reading my review today make sure you check out the studio on Saturday ( grand opening with lots of surprises) and Sunday ( you can get a free class if this is your first time). hope it brings you happiness like it brought me sunshine :)

The studio which looks so pretty, Petra which is very professional, sweet, funny and offcourse the training which looks much easier than it is?? I am used to go to the gym and do a lot of power and cardio but this is something different; a combination of strength, power and de-stress.

Not only is it a training that makes you feel like you just had a really good workout, it also has you feeling zen when you walk out the doors - most importantly, besides it being fun, it alleviated all my lower back problems and pain!

One hour goes so quick with her, and while you are having fun you really improve, session by session, your body strength, flexibility, balance, focus and coordination. Very important, Petra is a great professional. She really takes care of all the people in the class, noting if anyone has any injuries, coming with personal tips and following you throughout the time of the session. Since I have been taking Pilates classes, my back problems have been greatly reduced and I have discovered that I have ‘quite some’ abdominal muscles!!

She makes sure that the exercises make sense to your own situation and condition, giving tips and encouraging you. I would totally recommended whatever your level is. It feels almost like personal training since Petra keeps a very good eye on everyone performing the exercises the right way. The group sizes are small and I feel a great group dynamic. The studio looks super cool and very stylish. I have done many classes with Petra and what I love the most is that not one class was the same. Thanks a lot Petra!
