Ik koop er al jaren mijn schoenen en heb nu een paar schoenen waar na 2 weken de hak van af was (kan natuurlijk een keer gebeuren) ik heb de schoenen terug gebracht en ze zouden gerepareerd worden. Toen ik gebeld was dat ik de schoenen op kon halen zag ik dat 1 van de schoenen de hak nog steeds los zit en de andere hak is er scheef op gelijmd. Toen ik hier wat van zij werd er niet erg vriendelijk gezecht dat ze zelf het probleem niet herkende maar dat maandag na het weekend de filiaal leider zou terug bellen. Ik ben helaas niet gebeld en er word ook niet opgenomen als ik zelf bel. Erg jammer dat jullie hier zo mee om gaan want mij zijn jullie als klant kwijt.en ik heb inmiddels nog steeds geen schoenen.
Very bad service. I have been buying my shoes there for years and now have a pair of shoes that had the heel off after 2 weeks (can of course happen once) I returned the shoes and they would be repaired. When I got a call that I could pick up the shoes, I saw that 1 of the shoes still had a loose heel and the other heel was glued to it crookedly. When I got here some of them, they were not very kindly asked that she herself did not recognize the problem but that the branch manager would call back on Monday after the weekend. Unfortunately, I was not called and there is no answer when I call myself. It is a pity that you deal with this like this because you have lost me as a customer and I still don't have any shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik moest even zoeken, ik was in Harderwijk nog niet op de locatie geweest. Leuke betaalbare kinderen schoenen. Wat dat betreft zit Ziengs qua prijs in de midden categorie.
Vriendelijk toegankelijk personeel.
I had to search for a while, I hadn't been to the location in Harderwijk yet. Nice affordable kids shoes. In that respect, Ziengs is in the middle category in terms of price.
Friendly accessible staff.
