Ik vind het altijd respectloos als er naar meerdere minuten in de showroom naast de auto te staan er niemand komt om vragen te beantwoorden. De heren waren achter de balie druk met elkaar. :-( Ik rijd al jaren een Renault Espace, en daar heb ik dit nooit meegemaakt. Het gaat denk ik te goed met VW. Maar ik wordt hier niet blij van. Het was wel een mooie auto. Jammer dit. I drove to Arnhem on the advice of His Nijmegen because I am interested in the VW Tiguan Allspace. I always find it disrespectful if after several minutes standing in the showroom next to the car, no one comes to answer questions. The gentlemen were busy with each other behind the counter. :-( I've been driving a Renault Espace for years, and I've never experienced this. I think it's going too well with VW. But it doesn't make me happy. It was a nice car. Too bad.

Afspraak voor vandaag ingepland auto 09:00 afgeleverd voor een inspectie. Geen beurt nodig of wat dan ook het woord inspectie zegt het al. Omstreeks 14:10 rij ik met mijn vrouw langs de dealer en tot mijn grote verbazing staat de auto nog op hetzelfde plek waar ik hem geparkeerd had!!??? Laat mijn vrouw haar auto parkeren en bel met de werkplaats op om te vragen hoe lang het nog gaat duren voordat de auto klaar is? Wat ik dan krijg te horen is helemaal uit den boze!! U AUTO STAAT IN DE WERKPLAATS EN WIJ ZIJN ERMEE BEZIG!!?? HOE GROOT MOET DE LEUGEN NOG ZIJN? TERWIJL IK NAAST MIJN AUTO STA GEPARKEERD!! JARENLANG BIJ VW DEALER NIJMEGEN GEWEEST DIT NOG NOOIT MEEGEMAAKT. DIT IS ECHT SLECHT EN NOG WEL VAN EEN VW DEALER!! ONPROFFESIONEEL Good afternoon just want to share my story had made an appointment on 22-10-2021 for my VW Passat 2019 for inspection. Appointment scheduled for today car 09:00 delivered for an inspection. No service needed or whatever the word inspection says it all. At about 2:10 pm I drive with my wife past the dealer and to my great surprise the car is still in the same place where I had parked it!!??? Have my wife park her car and call the workshop to ask how long it will be before the car is ready? What I then get to hear is completely out of the question!! YOUR CAR IS IN THE WORKSHOP AND WE ARE WORKING ON IT!!?? HOW BIG DOES THE LIE MUST BE? WHILE I'M PARKED NEXT TO MY CAR!! FOR YEARS AT VW DEALER NIJMEGEN NEVER EXPERIENCES THIS. THIS IS REALLY BAD AND STILL FROM A VW DEALER!! UNPROFESSIONAL

Nemen de tijd voor je en geven goede leenauto's mee (minimaal een nieuwe UP) Vriendelijk personeel en altijd goed geholpen dus nooit een slechte ervaring gehad. Been coming here for years to get the golfs fixed and checked. always helpful and always on time. Take the time for you and provide good loaner cars (at least a new UP) Friendly staff and always good help so never had a bad experience.

Al sinds het begin enkele kinderziektes met de achteruitrijcamera en het navigatiesysteem, maar er wordt ondanks meerdere meldingen geen actie ondernomen. Auto is een keer opgehaald maar de storing treedt nog steeds op. Only moderately satisfied with this dealer. Bought a brand new Kodiaq last year. Since the beginning, some teething problems with the reversing camera and the navigation system, but despite several reports, no action is taken. The car has been picked up once but the malfunction still occurs.

I of course had no booking and was also travelling just before new years eve, meaning that there were very few working hours to get my van back on the road. The entire team at Zijm Volkswagon went well above and beyond to get me up and running again as quickly as possible and to reduce the stress of the situation. They gave me a lift to my hotel where I was staying until my van was fixed and then had me back on the road by lunch time the next day. Absolutely exceptional service and am extremely grateful for all of their assistance in ensuring I wasn't stuck for days over new years.
