I do not recommend this insurance company to anyone. employees are incompetent. contact with them is a tragedy. you have to call several times in one matter. one employee says something, I call you in a week - another says something else.

After moving to NL tried to get health insurance with them. I received an email from them stating they couldn't insure me due to missing data and that if I didn't reply to them within 3 weeks it was understood that I did not require anything else from them. I got my health insurance with another vendor and now they come back saying that my health insurance has been activated and requesting me to pay them the premium for something they shouldn't have processed

I was really unhappy with them. They were taking tremendously long time and declining every nota with weird reasons. Last one was most ridiculous and they even breached GDPR requirements. Just shortly to compare: 2 years in a row exact same treatment, exact same Invoice. One year CZ took less then 5 days to check it and even reimburse it. Other year Zorg&Zekerheid rejected twice, each time taking more then 3 weeks to reply and once required some extra information which according to GDPR regulations breaches my Personal Data Privacy.

Complete waste of time, money and energy. For 6 months i have been attempting to get into see a therapist. For 6 months I have been met with every excuse from there not being enough information, to the classic "my colleague isn't here today can we call you back in 2 working days", which in there world means never. Every time I fill out a new piece of information they tell me it will be a 2 week wait on a decision, which translates to a minimum of 4 weeks. The decision always being they need more information. Save your self the stress of dealing with this company and go with any other as this is absolute rock bottom health insurance
