Prima verzekeraar prettig dat ze ook een kantoor hebben waar je zo kunt binnenlopen.
Excellent insurer, nice that they also have an office where you can walk in.

Zeer tevreden over Zorg en Zekerheid. Wij hebben het gemeente pakket met de aanvulling TOP. Bijna alles 100% vergoed en een zeer scherpe premie. Medewerksters in de Korevaarstraat zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Very satisfied with Zorg en Zekerheid. We have the municipal package with the addition TOP. Almost everything is 100% reimbursed and a very competitive premium. Employees in the Korevaarstraat are friendly and helpful.

Terrible service -- truly terrible. I would not recommend this health insurance company to anyone. Endless surcharges, plus letters regarding surcharges always arrive late

Was served straight away and received money four days later, very fast, having been asked to allow for some end of the year delay due to increased numbers of declarations!

If you are in the social level , you can get a package from the municipality with zorgenzekerheid make you save some money.

No star here for this amazingly horrible health insurance company, no service and extremely rude staff. Their letters arrive late and are always unclear on what the extra charges are and how these are being calculated. Came to their customer point on this location in Leiden and both "ladies" that were behind the counter that should be helping people, were doing the complete opposite. I was very polite and kindly asked for further explanations on the letters which I received late and I was treated very impolitely and ironically. As if they didn't want to deal with me and demanded me to pay for all the bills and extra charges without asking questions. I'm sorry but I'm a customer and you are obliged to explain in real detail what are the extra charges for and how did you calculate these. You are definitely not allowed to treat your customers like this because they will leave and go to another health insurance company. I guess you don't care about that as you have many other customers who just accept to pay for their late arriving bills, without asking for explanations and you think that you can do this to anybody. Definitely not recommend this company as their logo don't even come close to the service which they don't even care to provide. They should change the name to "Geen Zorg en Onzekerheid" because they don't give a damn about their customers and make them feel unsure. Of course I changed my health insurance company to a much cheaper one, with way more friendlier staff, who take their time and kindly explain in detail everything that I have to ask for.
