Always very long waiting times on the phone and in practice. they come across as unprofessional, incompetent and chaotic. desk assistant is grumpy. whenever I am there there is one emergency which has priority.

Uiteindelijk moest ik in de avond naar de huisartsenpost omdat ik de pijn niet kon verdragen, waar ik gelukkig wel medicatie heb gekregen. De eigenaar is gefocust op het binnen halen van nieuwe patiënten, oftewel geld, in plaats van zo goed mogelijk helpen van de bestaande patiënten. Bad service. You can never reach them. False promises are made. Negligence reigns within this 'care center'. The owner is focused on bringing in new patients, i.e. money, rather than helping the existing patients as best as possible.

C	Chay CB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called today to get checked up by the GP. But they refused to check me telling me that only 1 patient is allowed on a appointment in a day in our clinic. They had made their protocols like this because of the Virus. They asked me about my symptoms and told me it’s normal and I do not need to get checked up. But what if I don’t have the symptoms now but I am like sick from inside and later on I do get the symptoms and it gets worse, too late to do something about it who will be responsible if I do infect people who are dear to me and around me?! Because even I don’t know if I am fine or not. Which doctor does refuse a patient? You are a doctor you should always welcome a patient no matter what the situation is. You became a doctor to help people get better.
