★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij Zumo te Utrecht geslaagd voor een mooie winterjas. Achteraf vond ik de eerste jas (zwart), toch niet helemaal mijn ding. Opgebeld met de vraag of deze nog geruild kon worden voor een andere kleur zónder labels (daar was de jas immers mee verkocht), en dit was geen enkel probleem indien de kassabon aanwezig was. Keurig en zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Passed a beautiful winter coat at Zumo in Utrecht. Afterwards I found the first jacket (black), not quite my thing. Called with the question whether it could still be exchanged for another color without labels (after all, the jacket was sold with that), and this was no problem if the receipt was present. Neat and very friendly staff.

Een paar maanden later, in december scheurde de stof spontaan. Gek, want hij had hem nog maar een paar maanden, nog niet vaak gedragen en het wasadvies netjes opgevolgd.
Na de lockdown terug naar de winkel ermee. Na een maand geen bericht nog maar eens langs. Nee, nee, daar gaan we niets mee doen. Serieus?? Nee, jammer maar helaas bleef het antwoord.
Leuke kleding, maar nooit meer terug hier.
What poor quality and even worse service. In June, my husband bought a few outfits, including 80 euro pants. A few months later, in December, the fabric tore spontaneously. Strange, because he had only worn it for a few months, hadn't worn it often and followed the washing advice neatly.
After the lockdown back to the store with it. No message after a month. No, no, we're not going to do anything with that. Serious?? No, sorry, but unfortunately the answer remained.
Nice clothes, but never coming back here.
