★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit bedrijf renoveert sociale huurwoningen. Werkt niet conform bouwbesluit, NEN normen of zelfs de verleende bouwvergunning. De woningen worden er echt niet beter van. Frustratie over eigen onkunde wordt afgereageerd op de huurders. Bemoeit zich met draagvlakmeting op basis van " no cure, no pay ". Opdrachtgever moet opnieuw bouwvergunning aanvraag indienen. Complete ramp.
This company renovates social rental housing. Does not work in accordance with the Building Decree, NEN standards or even the issued building permit. The houses really don't get any better. Frustration about their own ignorance is reacted to the tenants. Interferes with support measurement based on "no cure, no pay". Client must resubmit a building permit application. Complete disaster.
