Dieser hat folgendes bzgl. der Stellen geschrieben "Dies sind Spuren von Insekten, die in der freien Natur die Eichenstämme fressen. Man könnte es auch als den Charme des Stammes sehen, der jedem Stamm sein eigenes, einzigartiges Aussehen verleiht" Okay, aber leider habe ich keinen "Eichenstamm angefressen von Insekten mit gewissen Charme" bestellt. Der Verkäufer hat mir die Erstattung des Betrages angeboten und diese auch durchgeführt. Dies ist positiv, aber würde ich nochmals hier bestellen? Nein. Alte Bewertung: Habe nach einem Ast/Stamm gesucht. Eiche entrindet, 1208cm. Auf den Produktfotos sah die Qualität in Ordnung aus. Gesendet wurde jedoch Schrott wie man an den Fotos sehen kann. Waren das Holzwürmer oder ein Schreiner mit Bohrmaschine und Tremor? Keine Ahnung. Sollte der Verkäufer kulant sein und den Kaufpreis und Versand zurückerstatten, dann werde ich diese Bewertung ändern, ansonsten bleibt sie bei einem (am besten Null!) Sternen. Update: The seller only reacted to my email after weeks and after the rating was published. He wrote the following regarding the positions "These are traces of insects that eat the oak trunks in the wild. You could also see it as the charm of the trunk, which gives each trunk its own unique look." Okay, but unfortunately I didn't order an "oak trunk eaten by insects with a certain charm". The seller offered me the reimbursement of the amount and also carried it out. This is positive, but would I order here again? No. Old rating: Have looked for a branch / trunk. Oak debarked, 120 8cm. The quality looked okay in the product photos. However, scrap was sent as you can see from the photos. Was it woodworms or a carpenter with a drill and a tremor? No idea. If the seller is accommodating and reimburses the purchase price and shipping, then I will change this rating, otherwise it will remain with one (preferably zero!) Stars.

Als das Produkt endlich ankam, war ich mehr als nur enttäuscht von der Qualität der Holzleiter. Sicherlich ist es ein Naturprodukt, aber diese Leiter, die ich bekam, entspricht bei weitem nicht dem Produkt, welches auf der Internetseite dargestellt wurde. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice räumt dieser Mängel und Beschwerden ein, zeigte aber keinerlei Kulanz. Produkt mangelhaft, Kundenservice mangelhaft. Ich empfehle diese Firma nicht weiter. Unfortunately I can only agree, I also have had very bad experiences with this company. First there were problems with the shipping company. When the product finally arrived I was more than disappointed with the quality of the wooden ladder. Certainly it is a natural product, but this ladder that I received is nowhere near the product that was presented on the website. After consulting with customer service, they admit defects and complaints, but did not show any goodwill. Poor product, poor customer service. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Ich habe daraufhin reklamiert und gefragt ob man auf Kulanz umtauschen kann. Die Antwort : Kaufen Sie doch einen neuen und hoffen Sie dann das der in Ordnung ist. Dies betrifft den Großteil der erhaltenen Produkte (der andere Teil wurde von mir reklamiert) und vor allem auch den Service, denn alle Fehler wurden ohne Einwände und mit zusätzlicher Kulanz in kürzester Zeit zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit behoben. Man geht kein Risiko ein dort zu kaufen. Ich kann den Shop also nur weiterempfehlen! Despite a few mistakes in the delivery, I am very happy with my order there. This applies to the majority of the products received (the other part I complained about) and above all the service, because all errors were corrected without objection and with additional goodwill in a very short time to my complete satisfaction. There is no risk in buying there. So I can only recommend the shop!
