★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a foreign student, I came to this store to buy a second-hand bike. After getting in and meeting an extremely unfriendly staff who almost ignored me, I still managed to buy a bike for a quite decent price and quality (in shops, they're always more pricey). The guy who took care of me seemed very upset I ask for help though.
This was without knowing I would have to get back here less than a week after to report a flat tire. I asked them to repair it for free, as I had bought the bike very recently. The first guy I talked to went really mad and rude when I asked the question, before one of his colleagues told me it was okay. Because they were way too busy, they took a day and a half to "fix" the problem. The mechanic told me that the problem was the air pipe and that he fixed the problem.
Less than two days after, the tire was flat again. When I dismantled the wheel to check what was wrong with it, I discovered that they had folded the air pipe inside the tire because it was to long for my wheel ! Of course it couldn't last !
Even though the bike I had from here is okay, the customer service is very bad ! I don't recommend.

Anyway i was looking at second hand bikes and was interested in one. they told me that it was for boys and i better look at other bikes. It was a racer, I've owned them before ?? Just a weird unwelcoming experience. Would not recommend.

The prices are very very good (to be honest it is the most affordable bike shop I have ever gone to), the service is fast and they are seriously very helpful people. Fantastic place for students and anyone and I highly suggest it!

I recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a quality bike and wonderful service. Robert has been extremely helpful and understanding every single time that I have gone there. To have your bike serviced took very little time. Also they play great music within the store!?
