★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, price is oké. They mostly sell city bikes buy have other bikes too. I advice to wait for a sale if you want a bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a grey bike with automatic gears and disc brake per 300e. The
Bike was imposible to ride cause you need to make a lot of effort to move it. I went to the shop and they told me they can not fix it cause is the moddel. If u go to the store now u can see more than 10 bikes of the same moddel there with a big discount. Its a pitty they have a bad moddel to sell in a big an important bikeshop in rotterdam. I gave 2 stars cause the workers were nice with me, but to be honest now i have a swapfiets bike and its waaay easier to ride than a 300e bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few month ago, the left brake of my bike was got a bit loose; I have went there to consult and repair. 1. They gave me two opposite answers for the same question in two different employees. 2. The brake has totally dead in 2 days after the fixing. 3. I have forgot the cost but I know it is not cheap.
I guess I will let it go until I heard this story: The store cost my friend 60 euros for replacing just one Bicycle inner tube. Are you just kidding?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice selection of bikes, which mostly seem to be city bikes, apparently catering to most budgets. I managed to find a cheap Dutch style bike that fitted my budget, so brought it. The only real negative point is that it took a little longer than hoped to get the attention and to be served by a member of staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cheap, 200-300euro bikes are very bad, as one of the maintenance guys pointed out they are brought from turkey, very poor quality. After a month, the new mountain bike looked and felt like a 5 year old bike that has never been maintained. Everything started to fall off, and I couldn't believe how poor the materials and assembly was.
However, I was lucky to go to the shop well informed of my consumer rights and presented the guy with two option. Either a refund or a new replacement for my bike. They said they don't offer refunds, so i got a 250euro bike replacement for my 200euro mountain bike (bought at a supposed discount).
So as long as you go and present yourself well informed and decisive, the guy will act according to law and offer you a replacement.
However, you have to argue and fight for your rights, otherwise they will take advantage of you.
P.S. the guys from the repair department, are doing a poor job just so you would come back again and pay their overpriced service. Also, they will change & charge you for things that are perfectly fine, but they will invent a reason to "fix" it (brake wire, pedals etc).
Hope this helps other deal with the shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to three different stores on the same road in Rotterdam until i find the one with the used bikes (that's on me). The stuff on the first two stores (for kids and brand new bikes) was friendly and helpful. On the last one which is the one that afterall i cared about two members of the stuff were sitting outside smoking, watching me go around between the bikes, without suggesting to help me. After I asked them if they could help me and after i explained to them what i was looking for they just showed me a bike without any description; "that's a good one" they said. When i asked on whether they suggest a back pedal or handbreak, they said something i couldn't understand and just laughed with each other, kinda in my face. I could even detect sarcasm on the way they were talking to me, probably because i didnt know much about bikes. They sent me inside the store to see a different bike. I did. After that, they both finished their cigarette, entered the store and just sat on the cash desk, again without accompanying me or suggesting to help me furthermore. Although i could have bought the bike, the two very rude and unhelpful men made me not to.
P. S. No, it wasn't buzy at the store, at least at the moment i was there.

what is this inner made of? gold?
this is at least ridiculous monay for an inner tube which can be fixed without even replacing it. Enjoy my inner tube guys!
