Excellent Michelin style experience, but casual sheik ambience, great service, fun and light atmosphere, great location, nice wine parings and of course great food.

For someone like me who has passed the SVH Diploma Sociale HygiΓ«ne in the Netherlands, I really cannot stand the hygiene on 212 how they handle the cheese, not to mention why this restaurant has got a 2* Michelin. Despite the expensive price, I am only impressed by the bread and the smoked butter, the butter is among one of the top best quality butters I have ever tasted so far. Another star I am being generous to give it to the Chef who enjoys preparing the ingredients and dishes in front of customers and shows his enthusiasm. Environment is ok, toilets are just a pass, but the high chairs are not really a Michelin star standard, not comfortable at all for sitting more than 30mins. Also, cutleries are self served in a hidden drawer, this idea is good for home storage, but then where is my service at a restaurant? I genuinely believe silver service is still important.

We had a great dinner here. The open kitchen set up is great. We really enjoyed watching the kitchen staff put together these great dishes. We chose the 5 course set menu and it was excellent throughout. The lobster with black truffle and the crab were our favourites but it was all beautiful food. The service was excellent as well, my girlfriend is not a big fan of wine and she was suggested a 0% champagne and a juice of merlot grapes both of which she thoroughly enjoyed. At this quality the prices are not unreasonable. Definitely recommend this place to celebrate a special occassion, or just to treat yourself. We will certainly be back!

One of the best restaurants I've ever tried. Food is really amazing and having the tables in front of the kitchen is an incredible experience. It makes everything less formal and enjoyable. The staff was super kind and took really care of us, thinking for example about dairy free options for each dish. Special mention for wines, that were perfectly paired with dishes, enriching the experience. The only thing that was a bit disappointing is the dessert in the courses menu. When you have a dessert that is a signature dish you should put it in the menu. The dessert that they proposed with pears was way too simple. Looks like of they used nitrogen so that it would look complex, but in practice it was just poached pear with ice cream, something I can easily prepare at home.

Most of the food was amazing, and the wine pairing was well worth it. My main issues were: 1. The main course (lamb) was way too salty. The A5 Wagyu, however, was sublime. 2. The bathroom was in a need of a redesign and better cleaning 3. Most of all - the slow pace of the meal! We were at the restaurant for slightly over 4 hours, and waited over 45 minutes for some of the dishes to be served! This really hurt an otherwise wonderful experience.

The lunch was nice, good environment and nice service. If come for dinner, I think the atmosphere will be really good and cozy. 2 of us order the 5 course menu with the wine arrangement. The food is on the average, not really surprised but can taste the good quality of the food and ingredients. I love the lobster dish also the A5 wagyu, apple dessert is nice too.

A perfect dinner with perfect wine pairing with the assistance of the sommelier. Food was very good with the top ingredients selection. Service was superb as should be with Michelin star restaurant. But, not cheap at all but worth it!

We had a wonderful lunch experience here. Really enjoyed sitting casually at the counter while watching the busy chefs in action. The service felt organic, without the usual stuffiness of fine dining. The lunch took about 4 h, after ordering the 5-course menu with a cheese platter and coffee to finish; all-in-all, a fantastic experience that we didn’t want to end. Definately must be tried.
